Total Wine & More is a wine, beer, and spirits store with an incredible and superb selection, including cigars. It wins on price, offering great prices and substantial selections. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful, providing straightforward recommendations and assistance. Customers can join for educational classes and events, free weekly tastings, and talk with the wine, beer, and spirit experts. The layout and organization of the store are appreciated. The service puts them over the top, with staff engaging with customers and making purchases and returns easy. They now offer Same-Day Delivery and Curbside Pickup. However, a noted gripe is that they do not clearly date all their craft beers, with some having no dates or being very old, which can lead to wasting money on gross old beer if you aren't careful. Despite this, for many it is a favorite place to shop and a good experience more than a chore.
This place is amazing the people are the best the employees work so hard and make sure you're satisfied!! I can't say enough good about them ❤️❤️ p.s And I almost forgot about the FREE tastings they have every weekend! You might even see me there!!

Great selection and “love what I found”. Staff were great. Preselecting items and deals on the App save time, but when you have a few minutes to spare, it is nice to explore the many options while walking in the store. Thank you.
