Dishonest employee steering me away from the bottle I came to purchase whispering stories about those bottles having sour corks and then heavily pushing bottles distilled exclusively for TW without disclosing the conflict of interest. I often spend 100s per bottle but I won't be spending that at TW anymore.

I came into the store today with my wife and in laws to get some stuff for the holiday next week. There was a display with whiskey samples and small cups with a sign saying “try before you buy”. After I picked up one of the empty cups, I was approached by an older man that works at the store. He grabbed the cup out of my hand and told me I just can’t do that… the cups were out and a sign. He was extremely rude and there was no reason whatsoever to grab the cup out of my hand and treat me the way he did.
I will not be returning to this location and I set back most of the items I was planning on buying. The rudeness and lack of customer service was extremely uncalled for.

Good selection. My one gripe is that they don't clearly date all thier craft beers. Some have no dates, some are dated but literally two years old. If you aren't careful when buying here, it's easy to waste your money on gross old beer.

I purchased a substantial selection of wines, champagne and cava for a large party and a smaller one to follow, all with Ben's knowledgeable assistance. His insights and help made my purchase an easy thing to do. In addition, I was able to return unopened bottles that my guests didn't consume. Nicole made the return, as in my purchase, just as easy. The selection of wines, spirits and beers at Total Wine & More (Viera) is superb as are its people. Thanks to Ben and Nicole. Total Wine & More is a favorite place to shop.
