Customer service takes a step back. Yes, they have allot of product, (if someone helps you find it). They need to to get their customer service act together. Stood in line at the cashier for almost 10 minutes while two managers attempted to process a discount of another customer. Not one cashier in the shuffle of cashiers said, "who's next"? Went to Publix, got my shopping cheaper and good customer service. They know how to ask, "who's next"?

Grabbed wine before our cruise! Staff was very helpful and the store was clean and well-kept. They did not have a particular wine we were looking for, but they did have another. Love the rewards program and sales too!

Love going here. Frank is super amazing at giving you suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction, even bring you to the tasting bar to try some of his favorites.

It's not only well stocked, clean, and affordable, but so much fun to check out all the beautiful bottles! All of the people who work there are helpful and soooo nice!!

Your online ordering system needs to be accurate. If I'm ordering wine of a certain vintage based on a rating shown on your website and assuming pricing is included in all of that, when I go to pick up said order the salesperson should not bag this order without telling me that it's not the same vintage that I ordered. Your shelf tag was also showing the wrong vintage. I realize this isn't something that either of these people have an effect on but they should have some checkpoint where they compare an order to what's being supplied. I drove an hour to get to your store to buy a special bottle of wine for friend's birthday. Please do better.

I don't come often but they do carry a bottle of Verdeccio wine that we love to add to a chicken dish. I can find it here and that makes me happy. Service has always been good here too so that is a plus!

This Total Wine seems a tad smaller than the Orlando locations, but it still packs a lot of variety between its walls. This is the adult Toys R Us for the drinking person. Wait, not "Adult Toys", that's different, but you get what I'm saying.The staff is pretty helpful as I had a number of people assist me in finding what I was looking for and retrieving items from the locked case. I found out they have a concierge service for harder to find items, and also that they're in a different market than the Orlando stores, which means they may have different selections to. And vice versa for your vices if you're in Melbourne... Come to Orlando!My trip was successful and I'm glad I had the SUV with me! The parking lot is a bit of a challenge, but that's due to the design of the Vierra shopping center. Luckily, this is on the outside edge so it's easy in-and-out if you're just going here.

I first discovered Total wine & More in Arizona and was very impressed with the selection that they had and the prices. I have seen them now spread across the country and delighted to have one so close to home. I have found that they have items that the local ABC does not always have in stock or even necessarily know how to obtain.

I want to let corporate know how I was treated as a Uber driver. I came into the store December 10 around 1110am to pick up an order. Management was disrespectful talked to me as if I were a child because my two year old with a disability was crying. The management told me not to come back with my child. I'm really hurt about it. I'm a single mom with no family or friends just two kids. I didn't and don't like how I got treated and feel.????????
