Terrible return policy. Clerk didn’t ask for my “rewards” info to make sure the transaction was recorded in their system and that was their only fallback for making a return without a receipt. Store manager was unhelpful, refused to do any type of store credit or help provide a shred of customer service and just rudely walked away because he “couldn’t speak to” the employee being at fault for making a mistake during check out.

The TS DIY Dog Wash in Palm Shores (Melbourne FL) has gone downhill. I have taken my GR there 9 times, 6 paid & 2 free (buy 3 get 1 free), 1 refund. I have had to clean the drains of hair, shampoo dispensers not working or empty, and tie down leads not available. I have done the surveys and no manager has ever gotten in touch with me. The last time was the straw that broke the camels back: was told it would be an hour-2 or 3 dogs were on the wait list ahead and the dog wash station had to be cleaned. I said okay, put me on the list and I’ll wait the hour as I had driven 17 miles one way. I left and came back in an hour and was told I lost my place in line because I left the store and now there were 2 dogs ahead of me, okay I’ll wait. When I finally get into the dog wash I find that it hadn’t been cleaned. I actually started to clean it - brain kicks in - I’m paying for this they can clean it! Got my refund and will never ever go back.

Since the opening I’ve been taking my two dogs to the bath wash every two weeks around 6:30pm. Tonight I show up at 6:45pm and an employee is outside fiddling with a side by side. She asks “are you here for the bath wash” I replied yes, and she states they have new hours now and close at 8pm. I said “it’s 6:45pm” and she replies “yes we closed the bath wash so we can get ready to close”.This is the very first time I’ve heard this - I’m in and out in less than 20-25 minutes to wash my pups. I clean up after myself and always allow the boys to pick out a treat when we are done. Spending way too much to be honest.Since when do you start closing procedures and turn away customers an hour and 15 minutes before closing???I am very disappointed in this new procedure and will find an alternative to my dogs baths. I’ve sent one too many people to them for the same reason - convenience in bathing my pups.

Very disappointed. Tuesday evening bought a Christmas tree and cut the end off and had it in water overnight until we could put it up the next morning. As soon as we tried to move the tree to put it in the stand Wednesday morning needles were all over and made a huge mess through the house. As I started to put lights on it my husband noticed that clumps of the tree were falling off of the tree, and that it was indeed dead. Called Tractor Supply and they informed us that they would not take it back even with the receipt, so now I decide whether I eat the money and have to go buy another tree or risk having a tree that could possibly go up in flames!?! I don’t understand how Christmas trees don’t fall under the regular customer returns. I saw nothing that stated all sales are final for the trees! We have chickens and goats and used tractor supply pretty regularly, but I think that will be changing after this experience.

Great experience with their veterinary services at this very well-organized and clean tractor supply. I brought my two very small dogs in to the PetVet clinic there on Sunday (s) and my dogs received their necessary immunizations and testing at reasonable prices. Dr. Sabatier and her staff were excellent and caring with our pets. Thank you!

Very disapointing. Will not return.I came 1 hour before closing to use the washing Station for my dog.I asked prior to entering if the washing station would still be available to which they returned after the customer prior would be done. So I bought $100 worth of dog food while waiting. At checkout they replied I would not be able to use it today and should return tomorrow.Will not return again. Very bad customer service.

very disappointing they should close the store very bad treatment and lack of products that I normally buy at the New Haven store in Melbourne fl, I went to buy food for cows, rams and goats and they do not have a simple tube of goat vitamin gel, I spend a lot money in these stores but their employees do not bother to order merchandise that the consumer asks for, so I ask, why do they ask us when we walk out the door if we found everything we wanted to buy? simple garbage

I love this store, reminds me of home in TN. I like to look at everything. Mostly things we use to use every week in TN but not needed here in Fl. But enjoy taking me back home and our little farm. Entrance from busy highway is sometimes slow allowing you in or out of traffic but love the experience of looking.

You might be very surprised at what they sell and have as merchandise. Great selection, and you don't have to own a farm. Plumbing, automotive, lawn care, outdoor plants, home decor, clothing, toiletries, candy, and of course live ducks, chickens and more. Surprising selection of live plants at great prices.

I’m still trying to figure out why there is a tractor supply company in the middle of an HOA area and about a mile north of Home Depot. I have been in the stores in Alabama and Georgia and they seem a little bit bigger in those areas which is understandable. The selection appears pretty good, with a large selection of cat, dog, bird, and all kinds of animal feed. There are live birds for sale in the store during certain times of the year, which is interesting considering there are probably 3 farms in the 20 square miles around here. Fortunately, you have to buy at least four, which will hopefully dissuade people who really don’t have these animals’ best interest in mind. So, if you happen to be attending a party that has a country music theme, you’ll be able to find your overalls, ten gallon hat, and snake boots at this location. Otherwise, I’m not sure how it fits but that’s not my job. Oh, and good luck getting into the parking lot. If you don’t happen to be heading south on Wickham Road. Every other way you try to get in this place requires a U-turn, but there are several no U-turn signs posted all over the place. It is terrible in and out

Very surprised at the range of great items for sale in this shop. Everything from baby chicks to a dog washing station and everything in between! Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
