Just stopped in at 5:57 PM. Three people working everyone looking at their phone. No one offered to help. That’s why I go to Home Depot even though it’s further away.

We love our local hardware store! We get one on one customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and finds the exact product that we need. They carry everything! No wandering down endless aisles trying to find what you need. Everything is within eyesight! True Value will always be our store for hardware and home needs.

I went in to the True Value on Wickham Rd. I couldn’t stay very long because it was way too hot in there. When the temperature is close to 90 outside, you don’t want to go into a place of business & be miserable while trying to shop. I ended up going g to Home Depot for what I needed. This can’t be very good for business if customers are going elsewhere. Hope they remedy the situation soon.

I was there yesterday and was offered no assistance trying to find some screws three people to the to the front of the store just BS. Terrible customer service.
