This location is horrible and cost me my movers that I had scheduled for 630. Not only did I book 24 hour pick up for a full-size truck and utility trailer but I also called two days in advance to confirm everything with a representative at this specific store. I explained to him that my pick up time was for 1am and what I was picking up. The representative didn’t give me any warning at all about me picking up a trailer after hours.I get to the location. Attempt to check in and I’m told by a 24 hour representative that I can’t do the pick up because I’m getting a utility trailer with my order.The incompetence of this has set me back hours into my day, and it cost me more money now because I’ve missed the deadline with the movers that I had scheduled for a specific time .

The lady at the front was very rude to me, I think her name was teran. Unnecessarily hostel and just a negative energy all together because I asked her a few questions, probably won't be coming back.

We scheduled for a hitch installation at 8 am. This was reconfirmed, etc. I showed up at the scheduled time and was informed that the installer didn’t come in until 9 and I could wait. This was a terrible inconvenience and no one there was even remotely accountable or sorry. As a matter of fact, they were downright rude. I will never use this location again and it looks like lots of people share my sentiment. They are awful!

Simeon was outstanding. Helped fix our issue with no sweat, rang us out and made sure we understood everything about our new hitch. Perfect example of great, quality customer service. Definitely the best U-Haul store in Brevard hands down.

I normally don't like to post on the internet but I was blown away by the sheer professionalism and superior customer assistance of this store. I moved from AZ to here and had troubles all the way here. But by staying in contact with this store and having them assist me with planning the drop off and storage alleviated copious amounts of stress off me.Once I arrived it was non-stop niceness that I have missed from my time away from Brevard County. From accommodating me to move into a first floor storage that day and in the way all day I may add the employees made sure I could just focus on unloading and getting the truck weighed (Army Move) and not be rushed to turn it in. I was able to accomplish all the unloading to include my other trailer earlier than expected due to their ability to meet my needs. I thank each one of you!

Staff is very friendly but there clearly arent enough employees. I waited for an hour to get my trailer with a reservation. When it came time to drop it off I waited for 30 minutes just to give it back to them!

Had an appointment. Still waited nearly and hour to pick it up. They also couldn't find the truck. Dropping it off took half an hour.

Do not come here unless you enjoy waiting forever. Even with an appointment, it's still taking forever to get my rental.
