Every time I have shopped at Ulta there is always a friendly employee to answer my questions, direct me to products. I have had the best stylists in the salon. (I love my expert stylists).They take time to consult and listen to me, and suggest styling ideas and hair care. Close to home too!

After numerous attempts to resolve an issue with a return and getting absolutely no answers, I had to resolve the issue myself. The store manager Amy is absolutely useless and needs to find another job that she knows what to do. She thought she was being coy when I asked for the company’s corporate office phone number, and she wrote down on a piece of paper guest services. Absolutely useless as a manager. I have reported this issue with the corporate office after I was able to access the number myself. Do yourself a favor Amy, find a job working with the public that you are qualified for.
I definitely will move over to Sephora for all my hair, and makeup needs as of now.

I went in today during my lunch break to purchase a new cologne for my boyfriend. I circled the fragrance area looking for someone to assist with my selection. Sadly, I was over looked multiple times by associates who were not assisting other customers. After 10 Min I decided to leave and visit another retailer to make my purchase.

I love my stylist and bow girl thanks Mary Ann has done my hair sine I arrived in Melbourne Fl. She has guided me through dark to lighter in order to achieve my silver hair. She is so professional and caring with me. This transformation has taken 8 years so far and the process is almost done. Today was epic going higher than ever. She has made sure each step was the right thing for me. I still have a bit to go but I had to giver her a special thank you for taking such good care of me. I never do this but she deserves it. Today was hard because it's so different, but she made sure I left feeling beautiful. Thank you Marianne Racca for so much love...

A bunch of people working but don’t care to help. I tracked someone down for my Mac foundation and after her trying to swindle me into a different shade she said mine wasn’t there (nor the one she tried to convince me toward) and both would have to be ordered due to a new formula. We did that. But don’t waste my time…. She didn’t know the least about what as available…. When people drive 30 minutes to this, for nothing. I wanted to walk in and out with my makeup as per usual. When promise three day shipping due to inconvenience, also a joke. Sephora from here forward for makeup, hair stuff still Ulta…. Lessons learned

Not happy with my last hair cut , I said I wanted to grow my hair. I was told he would shape the back of my hair . But the under cut , was cut to short ! Wow

It was my first time getting color done at Ulta and I love it. Natalie did a beautiful job on my gloss and really refreshed my hair! Everyone is friendly from booking to checkout. I've been to luxury salons and I enjoyed this even more. Definitely give it a try for a great salon experience.

I just had the best experience at Ulta with JoJo Shapiro. I am a novice to say the least when it comes to make up and when I asked for him he went above and beyond to help me and make sure I had everything I needed for my first time applying my own make-up! JoJo is knowledgeable, kind, patience and really personable. I’m definitely coming back to Ulta for all my beauty needs and I am definitely looking for JoJo. He is amazing!

JoJo is the Best!! He has helped me with concealer and foundation matches (and fragrance which was spot on what I was looking for!) I’m always amazed by the results. Always a perfect match. It’s like he’s a beauty/make up magician!!
I always, always look for him when I go to Ulta. He is a true expert, and a professional not to mention one of the most pleasant human beings I’ve ever met. He’s genuine and passionate about what he does. I LOVE Ulta and when I need an expert on anything I go to JoJo!
