Stopped in yesterday to drop off a ups package. Needed to print my label. They wanted 3 dollars to print it plus 2 dollars to ship the UPS package. I went down the road to MAIL STOP on north wickham road. The guy at mail stop was super helpful compared to this store. He printed all my labels and shipped all my packages. Dont waste your time with this big company store and go to mail stop up the street.

I do alot of shipping it's a dollar or two more than FedEx but I like ups service better ive had horrible experiences with fed ex never had any problems with ups

Fast and friendly service. This place can get quite busy at peak times, but they are efficient and friendly. Word of advice, if returning items back to online retailer be sure things are boxed and taped properly. Or bring extra tape with you just in case. They can charge a few bucks to use their tape if item needs it.

Joshua (I believe) helped us notarize some paperwork today and was so kind and helpful. There were a handful of documents I had, around rush hour, and with plenty people waiting. I apologized to Joshua for being such a big hold up but he smiled and genuinely assured me that I wasn't an issue. That kindness went a long way, thanks Joshua, you're awesome
