So many issues lately I’m getting really irritated. I’ve had a mailbox here for a few years and all has been fine, but the past few months have been extremely painful…they had me come in person to give another ID all the sudden, then they lost the ID I gave them and I had to go back in…now I randomly got an email saying my mailbox is past due and scheduled to be terminated, I call them and they said their system changed and all autopays got deleted so I’ll have to redo the autopay….I’m on my last straw with this store…

Amazing customer service. Ryan and his female coworker (forget her name) were pleasant and professional. They were extremely helpful !!! Great store !!!

Went to store before 315pm to drop off an amazon return. The door was locked and the employee looked right at me. Store hours show 330pm. The last few times I have been the young guy ignores you and talks about how busy he is and tells you to use the self service station. This used to be my favorite ups store to go to.. not anymore. Never again!

Just left the store for the last time. I will make a point to use the one right down the street to avoid the rude, unclean, sloppy looking employee who works in the afternoon who is as slow as he possibly can be and thinks it’s funny. The longer the line the slower he gets and all he knows how to say is hey guys you can use the Amazon kiosk

This UPS store is awesome. I go there all the time. They are very helpful and patient -the person who assisted me overnighting refrigerated medication to my parents was very helpful and kind.

Upon entering the store i was greeting by the warmest smile and the most helpful and knowledgeable worker. Trishia was willing to help and answer every question i had. Shipping a package never been so easy and quick. The store is clean bright and beautiful. I highly recommended this store to anyone. I would drive the 20 mintues everytime just to experience the 10/10 customer service. Thank you Trishia for the out of the world service!!!!

Wanted to get a document notarized and went at 6:20 and waited for someone to come up front only to be told that it is too close to closing -- to notarize a document takes over 10 minutes. Crazy as I had the document ready to go. Unimpressed with their customer service.

Needed prams shrink wrapped to take on a plane back to Australia. Trish was super helpful and friendly and took the time to wrap the prams carefully and thoroughly. Amazing service.

The UPS store is the best one I have ever been . They are always friendly and helpful. They get you in and out with great service. I print so much there and ship there I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!

I go out of my way to use this store because the closer store in Indian Harbour Beach is so crowded and unhelpful & sometimes wait outside the door. I need to go to the mainland to use this store, but it’s worth it.
