I went to go get something notarized for a refinance on my car.. the older lady was very rude & told me she wouldn’t do it & kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain the paper. Now at the Babcock ups location getting it notarized.

I was in this store today and I have to say that the woman behind the counter was extremely friendly, competent, and very helpful. I'm really happy that she was able to help me so well; there should be more people like her.

We brought a laptop to this store that needed to be shipped to an active duty soldier. USPS said they did not take it so we went to UPS to ask for potential other options. They insisted it could go USPS and took our money. It has now been returned to sender and the owner (not the lovely staff) has determined he would rather steal from me than give me a refund. Do not go here

Person on the phone said that I could ship something USPS and it costs the same as at the post office. After I was already there and committed, I saw it was $10 more than if I did it at the post office. Having the correct info would have been better so I could make my own decision about how to ship it.
*** My response to owner:
My issue wasn’t that your price was more. My issue was that the employee on the phone specifically told me that the cost would be the same as if I went to the post office, which is not true. Your store is providing wrong information and then charging a 33% markup.

I am a customer and have a mailbox at the UPS store in Indian Harbour Beach for 3 years. This is where I met Yivan who worked his way up and is now a manager at the Viera store. This is a well deserved promotion. Yivan has always been extremely helpful, courteous and professional and he goes above and beyond his duties to help customers. I want to give a shout out to Yivan for a job well done. Thank you UPS for hiring professionals like Yivan.

Excellent Service!
I had a great experience, the staff was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such genuine and consistent customer care. Highly recommend!
