My packages ? were delivered but not in my box. I called the post office and put in a claim. They called me back stating the packages were scanned and delivered by carrier she took images of my ? packages but still no packages in my box. Yesterday I received a call from them saying the sender needs to put in a claim . What for they would like to know they did their part and sent them out. If it says delivered that would be the post office responsibility wouldn't it. I just want my things or reimbursement. They are trying to throw this on the delivery company when clearly it's the mail carriers fault. Probably in the wrong mail box

Customer service started of well. Then I was told I'd have to wait 3-5 business days to retrieve my mail from the lock box because all of the couriers are on route and cannot change the lock today. They then questioned why I waited until today to visit their annex. I told them that I work 530am-2pm on Monday through Friday. Their window hours are 10a-2p on Monday through Friday and 11a-1p on Saturday.Worst service ever. I have an electronic device sitting in a hot mailbox in the Florida sun for going on a week and may be in their for another few days until I can retrieve my mail.

One star if any for the Apollo USPS-Melbourne. Our business - located in a business complex - had a regular mailbox and the delivery, although not the best, was workable. The USPS decided to replace that with a large set of mail boxes with a lock. It has been a complete disaster since then. Mail from our business is delivered to the neighbor and vice-versa. It didn't matter that when we moved to the office next door we submitted a forwarding address. Mails with our correct address are missed to be delivered (a client just called us on a check they mailed 45 days ago not cleared in their bank account; never received by us), some mails addressed to the old office building number don't have the yellow forwarding address on it - a complete mess. We added outside our mailbox the name of our company and the building number. The neighbor office did the same. Still a continuous mess. Impossible to resolve, only to move to another location away from Apollo mail area.

Absolutely the worst postal service building I’ve ever had to deal with and making complaints just doesn’t help probably the reason I’m still not getting my mail when I lived in the area they deliver to off whickam constantly left the door to the apt mailbox open for the kids to go in everyone mail and take it out constantly leaving my packages at the wrong Williams and I file a complaint nothing changes now I’ve moved to another town and completed the change of address form for myself and family a month later still no mail forwarded so I call speak to some one still no mail then I call with in business hours no one pick up this is not acceptable from such a great job with excellent pay and benefits my tax dollars make sure you have that great salary forwarding my mail shouldn’t be that hard but again I have had nothing but bad experiences when dealing with Apollo Postal and there mail carriers please forward my mail the paper work is there someone in your office confirmed that

Incompetence is an understatement. Must be affirmative action hiring off the short bus. Every single person here is an example of why USPS should be absolved of its duties. But what can you expect from a government agency. Rude worthless humans, cancel your mail, and have everything shipped by a fed ex or ups.

No regular mailing services here. See pic. This is all they do. One tiny room with no customer service reps available unless you push the button to pick up a package.

Please explain why you do not answer your phone, and how are you going to tell me you couldn't deliver my 70lbs bag of dog food because the mailbox is full?? Of course the mailbox is full it's a 70lbs bag of dog food!! Unless you skipped school I don't think that will fit in a typical mailbox. This location is unless and Amazon should stop using them for their shipping.

Absolutely horrible and ridiculous. There was just someone delivering mail, I am waiting for a birthday present for my husband. It said it delivered today come to find out AGAIN, someone else’s package was in the box with the key that I received from USPS. I don’t know what the issue is here but this has happened about four times now. When bringing the package to the person who lives in the apartment unit, she’s had missed deliveries about three times and no one ever came to give her her correct package. This is absolutely insane. The amount of money that I spent on this just to have someone who is inconsiderate not look at what they’re doing. And I’m still waiting for a callback for the past five hours. Absolutely ridiculous. If it was just one time then OK. This has happened multiple times and needs to be fixed. Which probably won’t happen since no one here at this location actually cares. Disgusting.

When I went to the metal standing mail boxes at the entrance of our development, I found a plastic stopper on inside of door preventing any mail to be placed in box. I went to the post office and was told my daughter put her mail on hold. I told them she moved out. I was told that a hold is for the whole address not per nane. I told them that I still live there and I never signed any hold for my mail. I have the app to show informed delivery, so I knew I had mail. I was told that carrier has my mail on the truck and they'll contact her to deliver my mail. I left, went home to find carrier delivering mail. The carrier told me she couldn't give me my mail and will be taking it back to the office. I told her that I was just there and they said I can get my mail from the carrier. She then calls her supervisor. Supervisor told her to give me my mail. She didn't want to give me my mail, said there is a hold, and that I need to talk to my daughter. I told her that the policy needs changed and this is a good example of why it needs changed. She was so angry, pulled the plastic holder out of the box, and handed me all the mail, which included my daughters, her boyfriend, and 3 kids mail. Are you friggin kidding me now. I put their mail back in the box cause I'm not going to be responsible for someone elses mail. I went back to mail office to witness another woman who had a person move from her address to another state, and had their mail transferred to their new address. Turns out that they transferred this womans mail to the out of state address also, which she never signed or filled out anything to transfer her mail. Transfers are done per name unlike holds that I'm told is per address and not per name, so there is a real problem and policys need changed, as well.

They need to update hours of operation. Your location says you open at 10 am on Saturday but on arrival you have a sign that says opens at 11 am huge inconvenience. Also my package was shown as out for delivery for 3 days no updates and have not received package and it is difficult to speak with someone.
