Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. The manager needs to be fired he is the most inexperienced rudest person. Doesn’t even understand basic services the post office provides. Due to his lack of knowledge and disgusting attitude I spent way to much time and money trying to simply mail a package then it was worth. I wish there was a option for zero stars

Reviews for this PO seem all over the place, but my experience today was very positive, and the lady who assisted me went above and beyond.I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, but my lawyer called when we were almost done & I had to answer. This clerk was kind, respectful, and even went to the trouble to grab some bubble wrap type material to place my small item in, inside the small priority mail box I chose.The other clerk, a man, was also kind and respectful as I listened to him interact with his customers.Idk how many employees this location has, or how many different clerks work the front desk. However,my experience here today was much better than I expected based solely on reviews.I'd use this location again, if necessary. It's not close to my home, but it was convenient from work.Thank you to the very nice and helpful lady who helped me protect my item inside the package!

Called with a temp change of address and the clerk was very rude, and got no help at all. They dropped the ball on their end and want to charge $65.00 to fix it. Calling the postmaster next.

Awful experience. Rude staff. Learn your own rules and stop demanding. You work for us. The entire staff must be trained, and coached. Yall need to be more courteous & respectful

Wish I could give zero stars. This post office location is terrible. it is a 20% chance that you may get your mail or not. I haven't received my mail in over 5 days now

Absolutely horrible and ridiculous. There was just someone delivering mail, I am waiting for a birthday present for my husband. It said it delivered today come to find out AGAIN, someone else’s package was in the box with the key that I received from USPS. I don’t know what the issue is here but this has happened about four times now. When bringing the package to the person who lives in the apartment unit, she’s had missed deliveries about three times and no one ever came to give her her correct package. This is absolutely insane. The amount of money that I spent on this just to have someone who is inconsiderate not look at what they’re doing. And I’m still waiting for a callback for the past five hours. Absolutely ridiculous. If it was just one time then OK. This has happened multiple times and needs to be fixed.
