I came into this post office to get some stamps to mail letters to family and friends. The staff were very nice and helpful. The service was excellent. I will be coming back to this post office again.

Came in with a prepaid shipping label, lady at the counter told me she doesn’t have tape (it was sitting right next to her) and that I could buy some for $4.

They have a self-service kiosk here that you can use even when the place is closed. You can print labels for online returns and shipments using your QR codes.

Suntree Post office is the worst in Brevard County. Customer service is horrible. Carries can't read. Get everybody's mail in my mail box.
Need to either close it or get new management and staff.

I went in to drop a package for return at 1:18 she was still helping a member at the time. I simply ask for tape, she yells out were closed. I say ok can I use some tape for my package she says no because they are closed might just be the most useless postal office I have ever seen. Asian lady around 5’4 on 2/15/2024.

They left a key In my mailbox To open a bigger mailbox, cause my packages were in there But they never checked to make sure the lock and key work So now my package is trapped inside the big mailbox! It happens all the time

Third time in few months they notified me that package was delivered to my mailbox but it was not there. It is happened only on Saturday delivery when they use the substitute mail carrier. This is very annoying.
