I had issues with my Google account the Verizon rep was helping me and got more progress then I did. Even tho he didn't need to do it he ended up helping me! Appreciate it

I’ve dealt with the Verizon rep here a few times all great times , always helpful with all my situations. I’d definitely recommend this store. Need help come here , need assistance with perks come here , need anything with new products this is the go to.

Called into the store earlier about Verizon Home internet. Came in close to store closing rep helped me out and showed me how to use it! Also left with some cheap Disney and Netflix perks.

I’m really disappointed that the store doesn’t help with their mistakes after you purchase a phone. We purchased 3 phones and a iPad on 2 accounts. Both accounts we are being overcharged for. Both accounts we are having trouble getting our rebates. I spoke with Robert at the store and after being on the phone for about 15 minutes looking into it with no resolve he advised me that customers walked in to the store and he was no longer able to assist me because in store customers are a priority and the store does not do customer service. Even if it’s your first bill trying to resolve their mistakes and promises. I should have purchased via website if I knew I wouldn’t have any type of assistance through the actual store. I sat in the store for 4 hours when purchasing our phones and now they are at risk for being disconnected if I don’t pay a bill twice the amount of what I was told and have in writing. I was warned about this location and still went because it was closest to me. What a mistake! Time and money just gone.
