Came here the other day for a simple fix... just had some questions and the guy working with me spoke to me like I was a complete fool, clearly frustrated, and when HE was done with the conversation he said "yeah have a good day" and walked away..when I still had other things on my account I needed resolved. Left this store without many answers to my questions and elected to deal with Verizons horrible customer service line than deal with this experience again.

Verizon would not allow me to log into my account to pay my bill for over three weeks, no matter how many times I reset my password or tried other methods. I visited this store when in town for a work event to try and make a payment and after being made to wait for over 20 minutes with employees assisting others who entered the store after I had, I was told they couldn’t help me because they weren’t a “corporate store” and tried to send me to another location half an hour away. Honestly, if it hadn’t been such a hassle to get my account set up and if I didn’t anticipate cancelling the service to be just as frustrating, I would leave Verizon. How can you have a store that refuses to take a payment for a bill? Unbelievable.

I am so disappointed with this store. The man “Brian “ was more interested in talking with his buddy at the counter than to give me the time to answer a couple questions. He quickly told me I only had a trade in value of a little over $400 with my phone.
When I told him I saw on Verizon on line showed a $800 value he said well that’s corporate offers and he could not help me.
Well he is wrong, the number I saw was if I changed my plan which I would have had he tried to help me.
I guess I need to find a corporate store instead of this privately owned store.

Danielle is always amazing! We’ve been coming to this store and working with her for years. She’s always honest, helpful and knocks it out of the park. Her customer service and knowledge of products makes each visits a joy! She’s the best and Verizon is lucky to have her.

Danielle was an exceptional help today. We spent multiple hours on the phone with Verizon help desk prior to going to store. She exceeded the help provided over the phone in far less time. Would give more than 5 stars if the option was available!!

I came in to get an upgrade and was greeted with such an attitude. I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me, but I can’t recall. From the very start he was annoyed with my existence honestly and any question I had for him seemed like the absolute biggest issue.
We had got far enough along in the process that he was grabbing a new phone for me, which took him 25 minutes to do. This part MAY be my own fault but I’m also annoyed I was never informed - I have never paid money in store for an upgrade before, I’ve always been able to bill literally everything (taxes, “set up fees” and all of the accessories) but I had overhead the gentleman next to me talking to the worker helping him and HE informed him of the money he’d be spending before hand. So I went out of my way to ask about the fees I’d have to pay and got a rude comment back “when can’t come in here expecting to pay nothing.” which I CAN because that’s what I’ve done before.
He also neglected to tell me that I didn’t have to pay any “set up fees” if I did it at home which is was I wanted to do in the first place.
I went to a different store in the same exact area and ultimately got everything I needed done for HALF of the price this man told me. I don’t know if he was fishing for money or thinking he could take advantage of a mom with her son, who knows. But I’ll never be going back to this snaky store.
