Renee was very patient in helping me set up my new phone. I also watched how attentive she was to all the other customers she was helping st the same time. She did an excellent job of multi-tasking. I never felt ignored as she helped another customer while we were waiting for my new phone to go through the process. She never missed a step when she switched between me and the other customers. Renee is knowledgeable, patient, and efficient.

Just switched to android to IPhone and was completely lost on how to operate the iPhone. Danielle was patient and was able to help me understand the basic functions.

Serenity has been the biggest help. I have been here for over 3 hours just to try and keep my old phone number from straight talk. Straight Talk has been the worst but she has been very patient and helpful. I couldn't be more thankful for her help. I highly recommend this store!!

This is the best Verizon store I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot of them. The customer service here is seriously out of this world. When I tell you these are some of the best employees I have ever met, I mean it. If you ever go here know that Serenity is the best!I had a particularly interesting situation with my phone. The service was not working due to a sim card issue. I honestly did not even know how to describe the problem to the employees properly, but Serenity (I hope I spelled it right!) helped me and fixed my phone completely. I was so relieved! It did not take long at all, and Serenity was so nice and understanding the entire time. I immediately felt at ease when she talked me through the situation and how everything was going to be fixed. A lot of times I have gone to places to get things fixed, and the employees kind of make you feel dumb for not understanding what's going on, this was not the case here! I will definitely be going back if I ever have another problem or if I want to purchase something- hopefully Serenity is there again, she's awesome! My dad was also with me and he wanted me to add that he thinks everyone was so professional and eager to help!I can also tell the organizational culture here is outstanding; the employees really trust and help each other out. I think it's great to be able to work alongside people like that, it kind of made me want to work there. They have to deal with tough and interesting situations, and they all do it so effortlessly. Way to go y'all!!!

**EDITED REVIEW**First of all, Danielle was great on my first visit to this store! I was planning on being there for hours but was in and out in under an hour. I normally dread going to phone stores, but this was a great experience...AT FIRST.The issue is that when Danielle ordered my 2 new phones, I was told I would get a call to say they were in, but I never got one. Brian tried to tell me they called on a certain day, but nope, no missed voicemails. I tracked them on the app and went to the store, and luckily they were still there (you of course can't just call the store to ask).Then came the real issues. I had to put my name on a board, essentially taking a number, which I guess is understandable. There was one person in front of me, so no big deal. Thirty minutes later, Brian comes over to "help" me.To put it bluntly, he simply should NOT be working in a job where he has to deal with customers, especially ones who have been patiently waiting. He was very impersonal, barely said hi, and acted annoyed if I asked a question, or wanted to know what I was signing when he unceremoniously spun the iPad around for my signature. He did the same thing every time I had to enter in my password on the new or old phone.He asked if they were transferring the data to the new phones or if I was, so I said I'd like them to do it. I was never told it would be $40 for each phone to transfer the data, until an hour later when it was finally done. At the end of the ordeal, he told me how much it would be, and when I asked what I was paying for, he again acted annoyed I should bother asking such a question. This was the only time I was finally told there was a transfer fee. When I asked why he didn't tell me beforehand, he tried to blame it on the person who ordered the phone. I don't mind paying for something, but I generally like to know what it is and how much it is before the service is rendered! When I asked why it was $40 to transfer the data, he rudely claimed it was because I was taking him off the sales floor. Really? Last I checked I was a customer who has already paid for 2 overpriced phones!! Now you're going to act as if I'm taking away sales from you?To top it off, halfway through the ordeal he went out back to smoke and came back reaking of cigarettes...when he wasn't messing around on his own phone during the wait. If I'm paying (which I didn't know at the time) for you to transfer data, then you shouldn't take a smoke break during my time.When i first went in and dealt with Danielle, I thought this would be a different experience at a cell phone store. But unfortunately, NOPE, same old terrible experience. I quite literally was able to trade in a car and buy my current truck in less time than it took to get 2 new phones working. And I don't necessarily mind the time, but at least make it an enjoyable experience.Other customers kept asking to use the bathroom because they were waiting so long, but nope, can't do that either. Why?? If you have customers waiting a long time, at least let them use the restroom. I understand you don't want people just coming in to use it, but if they are already there, then why would you have such a policy?At any rate, I unfortunately won't be back after the terrible experience with Brian's attitude and lack of customer service.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Trying to set up new service and multiple lines. Forced to make an appt and they dont honor it. Im tired of waiting for something that should take 30 min to complete after i have an appt. Ill take my business to someone thats easy to transact with.

Assistant Manager Danielle racially discriminated against my employee. Beyond rude and disrespectful, refused to help him. Told him “oh you’re like that” when he asked to involve me, the business owner. He called me with her on the line and she claimed he was “heated, demanding, and she had to think about her safety”. I watched from the car as he went into the store. He is the kindest and non-confrontational person. A Racial Discrimination Compliant has been filed with Verizon for this store. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and has made this case even worse.

I went in to get some help regarding some settings on my Samsung cell phone which I couln't figure out. Don was extremely proficient with navigating through my phone to set the changes I requested. Every time I've gone to get some help there, their employees have been very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have a great team. I highly recommend that location. Keep up the good work!!! Great experience at the Victra store in Viera. Danielle was extremely helpful in my quest to return to Verizon. She answered all of my questions and made sure I had an exemplary customer satisfaction experience!

Danielle absolutely is amazing. We walked into the store with a tangled up mess after starting a post paid Verizon account. She not only fixed a very complicated situation but made sure our discounts and promotions stayed on the account
