Hello, I am a customer service advocate with United Healthcare and I was attempting to assist a member with getting information to place an order for his diabetic supplies. I called and a man answered the phone gave his greeting and then within 2 seconds disconnected the call. I attempted to call again in which this same man stated " STOP CALLING HERE" and disconnected again. I called for the third time and another man answer and I asked him "Was it him that just hung up in my face." He then asked another worker who stated that our number comes up as "spam." While I understand that is frustrating on the companies end, I cannot control how United Healthcare numbers show up and feel that I deserved to be treat with more respect. I asked for the workers name that disconnected the call and it was not provided. I asked for a manager or name of one and was told " We don't have one." I believe that it was poor customer service and now don't even feel comfortable trusting them with servicing my member. Please advise them to answer the phone and give a moment for the caller to speak and to never hang up in a callers face. I'm not sure if the one who answered the phone was telling the truth about Viera not having a manager, but there was not an apology given for the poor customer service. Please advise them to answer the phone in a friendly manner and not run potential customers away. That is all, thank you!!

BEWARE... this place could end up costing you tons of money!! The follow up and customer service was frustrating & nonexistant! It took months to finally receive my knee brace. 9 months after picking up my brace I am receiving a $621.00 bill!!After questioning the ridiculous pricetag before taking it home I was assured it would be cleared thru insurance. If they even bothered to check insurance (my guess is no), I was NEVER informed of any balance.The owner was prompt to respond; her solution....pay the invoice. I would sell this business too!!Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!!
