Ro and Trent are top class. Recently opened an account with them and they are very kind and easy to talk to. Worth the time coming into this branch and seeing what they have to offer. Glad I went with VyStar so far!

The branch VP is completely disrespectful to disabled veterans. My family has been with Vystar for about 30 years. This branch alone has made us move all of our business to Navy Federal Credit Union and USAA. They treat veterans with respect.

I can't speak for this specific branch; my review is of the bank itself. I have an auto loan and when the account was first opened I had difficulties creating an online account so I could pay my loan; 5 calls and the issue never got resolved. I was given another option for online payment which doesn't require an online account. Been paying through the website for about 11 months, now this month they are charging a $5 fee for making an online payment.

EDIT: The team was very friendly upon my first visit to the branch. After a couple of days, I realized my banking needs could not be met with VyStar. I got set up with SCCU very quickly and the team members have been top-notch. Moving to SCCU was the right choice for me. 3/5
ORIGINAL: I called the Suntree/Melbourne location to get set up with a new account and Phil helped me get set up right away. No hold, no robots, just a direct line to talk with a live human! I had a fantaztic experience and felt very welcomed as part of the family. With every other bank, I've always felt like just another number - not here. Thank you! 5/5

All bankers are criminals.
I work very hard for my money and am putting it in the hands of someone who is supposed to offer that money protection. Every single bank I have ever worked with has somehow--for doing literally nothing-- taken advantage of having power over my money, my energy, spent slaving away. $400 (almost an entire paycheck for a week) was depleted from my account as a Zelle reversal putting me in the negatives $400. I call Vystar, no one has an explanation for me and direct me to Zelle because according to them "they are a separate entity" despite them offering this service through their institution. I reach out to Zelle then only to be told that I need to contact my bank, so I call them again. No one is able to tell me what happened to my money. The reversal never went back to original sender, ever. I know because it is my partner who sent the Zelle, being part of their portion of rent. His bank has no idea what happened. I reached out to the support team at Vystar and have yet to hear ANYTHING back. The reason why I opened a credit union account, despite my reluctance to trust them, is because I thought these places are supposed to provide a more personal relationship to their customers.
I will be reporting this to all of the appropriate institutions and making sure that everyone knows how criminal these places are ran.
