Always a pleasant experience! With my flu shot, the pharmacist took great care with this patient who dislikes shots. Then the cashier (Arlene?) informed me of the 20% off my current purchases because I had a shot! Fantastic bargain, care, and customer service!

Simple, direct and straightforward. The pharmacy needs to tighten up. The young kid, i didnt get your name, you need to tighten up young man. Horrible customer service.

I went to pickup pictures and realized i had not completed the process. The associate was very patient with me as I completed it on my app while in the store and I got my pictures printed immediately. Great customer service!

Inefficiency as usual. “Your prescription is on the truck for Monday delivery to us.” Why? Why do we need a local pharmacy if we have to wait for them to mail it anyway? Just save time and aggregation, cut out the useless middle man and have your prescription mailed to your home. It is being sent on hot trucks anyway, what is the difference between Walgreens delivery to store or UPS/FedEx Delivery to your front door? Not to mention most of the time this particular pharmacy gives prescriptions mailed and sent for you to someone else who just had that same prescription sent after you. When you talk to the pharmacist you get told, well we make mistakes. Umm…yeah, names mean nothing to these pharmacists, so be sure to double and triple check your prescriptions as since names don’t matter you may get the wrong stuff. Obviously they don’t check anything but rely on a human to just put it anywhere Willy Nilly.

Walgreens overall has become our overall convenience store by choice. This particular store has extremely friendly staff that goes out of their way to be helpful. This is the main store we visit

Stood at the photo desk for at least 15 minutes. I wanted some pictures printed out and wasn't quite sure how to do it on my phone. I can't even say that the store was busy. I believe Walgreens is going down little by little they need better and more help

I pulled up in the drive through at Walgreens on Palm Bay road at 5:57. It is 6:41 and I have not moved. There is a vehicle in front of me. If you got prescriptions here change it to CVS or get them delivered. I will never even drive past this place. Robert is the one holding the entire line up. Please do not go here for anything!!!!!!
Follow up it’s 6:55 and I am just leaving.
Robert you got to do better.

Initially I couldn't figure out what the problem was then I realized that Irene and Kevin the manager we're racially profiling me. I went in to add money on my card something I've done many times with no issues. Irene wanted to see the money first. Long story short if you are African American do your business elsewhere. CVS has never given me an issue. I've never been accused either directly or indirectly of trying to run a scam.

Do not get pictures from this location, you will have to wait 30-45 mins before being help. The ''lead" was helping someone with their passport photo, I saw him editing the photo and half way through he turn around and I told him I'm picking up. He said one sec, walked pass me to the front and proceeded to check out a dozen people and came back to do the passport photos. Then left to check out a dozen more people. Came back to give me my photos and told me to check out at the front, which now had a long line again.
This is the 3rd time I have had to spend an excessive amount of time just for a "pick up" order.

If you don’t want to do the passport photo service, just take yourself down from Walgreens website, stop lying about broken cameras!
