Jess in pharmacy went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me today! It was raining really hard so I drove thru the drive thru in hopes for a special request to be granted. My child was not feeling well and needed Tylenol. I did not want to drag her out in the rain and into the store. I asked Jess if she would please allow me to purchase some Tylenol through the drive thru if it was allowed. She mentioned, it’s not a usual request, but she would do it for me. She asked me what flavor and even came back with a few options for me! In my opinion this was not her job, but she went out of her way to help me. I am so grateful for her taking a few minutes out of her time to help me! Thank you Jess!!! You made my day! Signed, Mom in the Van with kids.

Cheryl in the pharmacy department is Awesome she saved me money by shopping for discount prices for my medication. She went above and beyond and that extraordinary customer service in my book.

We had a Great Customer experience at this store. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. CHERYL In the Pharmacy department did an AWESOME Job. It was a real pleasure dealing with her. We give the staff and store a 5 STAR, 10 PLUS rating. What a Great place to shop

This is my go to pharmacy. Yes, they are busy but the pharmacists are always nice and hospitable. They go the extra step and it shows. I’ve never had any problems here ever and appreciate that very much. They do their best to keep the store up too. I’ve been to many others throughout Brevard County and this one is the best hands down. Some of the bad reviews on here are a bit critical in my opinion. They are also old and they have made changes.

I had an unusually bad experience at this Walgreens with product only. The cake I purchased had ants on it after I looked at it closer and it was also expired. The drink was completely flat as well.

Wonderful Walgreens. I shopped for 3 elderly neighbors. Jerry was a star! I had coupons for all plus I had a return. I also used my points! And I got cash back. I had about 5 receipts. Cameron, mgr, God Bless him! He took care of a line of so many people while I monopolized Jerry for a good 1/2 hour. Jerry was kind, helpful, efficient and patient with me. Ditto for Cameron. I truly appreciate Larry and Cameron 🙏♥️🙏Thank you from me and my elderly neighbors.
Also, this store is not the closest one to me. I choose this one because it is stocked beautifully and there is always someone there to help me find what I need. That's what I want when I shop. I love Walgreens. This time I did all the shopping I had to for me plus 3 others and I didn't have to go to Walmart or Publics. I saved 2 trips because of this Walgreens having everything they needed.

I will not recommend this pharmacy every time I go there the meds are never done although I give them hours before I go pick up after ordering or reordering they are never done I still have to sit there or go the next day it's my mom's meds and close to her house so she won't change pharmacy but I will never recommend or order my meds through them

Nothing but good and positive experiences here! They fill my meds fast. The store is always cleaned. They always have stuff I need in stock. The employees work hard and deal with the most nasty costumers ever.Props to the whole team for continuing to provide for us all.

Some of the most uncaring individuals I've ever come across. They mess up prescriptions for controlled substances, and it never occurs to them that they're putting people in withdrawal for days. Some move as slowly as molasses. They need different jobs.
