The Pharmacy Department at this Walgreens in Indiatlantic is second to none. They handle all of my prescriptions and always do it with a smile and kindness. They go above and beyond to check refill dates, ensure correct doctors for prescriptions, and make sure that you have what you need before astorm. Fernanda was especially kind today refilling a prescription that had accidentally been thrown away. Thank you!!

Will tow if you park there for more like 20/30 minutes. The towing company charged 500$ and will only take cash. Don’t come here.

They use a very sketchy towing company called kendall towing which will tow your car only if you've been there for a short period of time. This towing company also charges illegal prices, not the ones given by the county. They were also actively high when I went to get my car and the place is super sketchy. Walgreens really should have vetted them out before working with such shady people.

It's all fine, but the guy at to regular counter around 2:30 p.m. On Tuesday, January 21st. You have the option to donate and there's several options, but he just sarcastically said, "You can donate for CA" And laughed under his breath. I think that he should not do that as a representative for Walgreens he should have kept that to himself.

Cosmetics has the worst mean person working. I tried a dab of lotion and she came at me like a bulldog and said I was stealing. I said it was laying down open. Right by the register. I said that I was sorry but she wouldn't stop raising her voice at me. I said I'd buy it. By the way she was screaming at me I asked her if she was ok or having a bad day. She said no I was stealing. I didn't mean to steal. I guess if you tried a grape at the Grocery store that's stealing too. She kept going on and on so I told her I didn't want to spend $90 at that store. I called the manager over and she was the same way. I was calm, until then. They wouldn't return it for me so I took my card out and somehow lost it. At the same time talking manager lady , I saw the other one put her hand behind her back.. Made me cry the whole time. The meanest two women I've ever dealt with. I'll never go back there. I should have called the police. I cancelled my card and called the manager to check the cameras. It had to be there. I didn't have it. They had no compassion. No diplomacy or experience. Go to Sat bch. They're awesome.. especially the lady in cosmetics. Very kind and helpful. I told her what happened and started crying again. Why are people so mean? This was a dab of lotion. I apologized and bought it. I tried to be calm and nice so they would do the same. Yes , my card is gone and I know where. I didn't want anyone to be arrested. I know it's all on video. Be kind employees. We're just out getting what we need with problems of our own. Like cancer.

If i could give a zero, I would! The pharmacy is horrible to deal with! I've been going to this location for 6 years. It has gotten worse and worse. The pharmacists have no personality and they do not care about customers. I called in a blood pressure medication at 3 pm. I asked the pharmacist if I could pick it up before they close at 8 pm as I am leaving on a business trip the next morning at 6 am. No problem I was told. I get to the drive through at 7:37 pm and there is one car ahead of me. I sit and wait 14 minutes. God bless the person in front of me! I get to the window and no 'welcome to Walgreens, how can I help you', no 'hello', no greeting whatsoever. What I did get is 'what can I do for you.' SERIOUSLY??? I told him my name, twice, because they can NEVER hear you. He walks over a gets one script and throws it by the register. Then, he walks away for 2 minutes. He comes back with a second script. I ask if my blood pressure medication is ready and this joker says, 'it is but I can't find it'. What??? So, I say, i will wait. To my surprise, he says, 'I'll have to redo it. I'm by myself, the phone is ringing and we close in 5 minutes so it's not ready'. But, he just told me it was! I said, 'may I get a 2 day emergency supply since I am going on a business trip?'. He says, you're going to have to come back tomorrow after 9 am'. I already explained I was flying out on a business trip at 6 am. No care, no remorse, no apology. Just moaning and complaining. So, I say, it's blood pressure medication and I need some. He just looks at me. I said, nevermore. This is unbelievable. I have been a Regional Manager in customer service for 37 years. I could not imagine myself or one of my team members treating a customer this way. I would fire them. Not acceptable! So, I guess Walgreens is such a big company that they do not need my business. I will be transferring ALL of my prescriptions asap. And, bad news travels 10 times faster than good news. This location is HORRIBLE! I will NEVER walk into a Walgreens again, ever. I will spend my money where I at least get recognized and get halfway, decent customer service. This location in Melbourne on A1A is the worst. No wonder your Google review score is a 3.1. It should be a negative one!!

No Stars at all!!! Waited in drive thru for literally waited like 25 min in drive thru ! Horrible customer service! I ended up going in and the girl proceeded to grab a pile of refills to put in the bins while they were 6 cars deep in drive thru and had 5 people inside waiting! I ended up walking out! With nothing I came from!!

The Pharmacy is the worst.
The tech with the most seniority has the worst attitude. She has had it for years.
The current pharmacist is a complete dud. No help, no willingness to help.
AVOID this location if you can.
Healthcare is costly enough without the bad attitudes on display here, there are other options.

Not enough help over working those there, it's scary, go to Walmart or Publix much better
