Stood at the photo desk for at least 15 minutes. I wanted some pictures printed out and wasn't quite sure how to do it on my phone. I can't even say that the store was busy. I believe Walgreens is going down little by little they need better and more help

I pulled up in the drive through at Walgreens on Palm Bay road at 5:57. It is 6:41 and I have not moved. There is a vehicle in front of me. If you got prescriptions here change it to CVS or get them delivered. I will never even drive past this place. Robert is the one holding the entire line up. Please do not go here for anything!!!!!!
Follow up it’s 6:55 and I am just leaving.
Robert you got to do better.

Initially I couldn't figure out what the problem was then I realized that Irene and Kevin the manager we're racially profiling me. I went in to add money on my card something I've done many times with no issues. Irene wanted to see the money first. Long story short if you are African American do your business elsewhere. CVS has never given me an issue. I've never been accused either directly or indirectly of trying to run a scam.

Do not get pictures from this location, you will have to wait 30-45 mins before being help. The ''lead" was helping someone with their passport photo, I saw him editing the photo and half way through he turn around and I told him I'm picking up. He said one sec, walked pass me to the front and proceeded to check out a dozen people and came back to do the passport photos. Then left to check out a dozen more people. Came back to give me my photos and told me to check out at the front, which now had a long line again.
This is the 3rd time I have had to spend an excessive amount of time just for a "pick up" order.

If you don’t want to do the passport photo service, just take yourself down from Walgreens website, stop lying about broken cameras!

If I can put a 0 star I would. This is an awful location. I went there to pick up my prescription, I was waiting there for 10 minutes and when It was my turn, she said that I had to wait after 2pm. She could have said that when she saw me waiting for my turn. I don’t recommend this location. Go to the Minton Rd location instead. Better service and better staff.

I frequent this location at least three times a week. The cashier Tonya makes every trip to this Walgreens a great one. She’s helpful, friendly, and has a great personality.

I shop at Walgreens a lot. I've never encountered such a unhappy rude cashier. Maybe she was having a bad day. Her treatment of customers that day was unacceptable.

Thank you Joseph in Photo lab for helping me get a picture printed of Granddaughter for Father's Day. Esperanza greeted me and checked me out with a smile and thank you. We need more young people like these too. This is why I choose Walgreens for all my needs.
