I just visited this store, I will never visit it again it is absolutely ridiculous 14 cash registers and they're all closed the line was a half a mile long and after waiting and finally heading towards the exit you have some clown stop you and ask for your receipt on the way out.
This store is filthy the deli is incredibly dirty if you're buying lunch meat from this deli say a prayer before you eat it because you might get some kind of bacterial disease I have never ever seen them wipe down a meat slicer or a countertop not only that but what about people with allergies they slice one meat to the next meat on the same slicer without cleaning it the deli here is really disgusting I don't even know why people shop here???

Check your prepackaged deli meat, I went to pick up turkey and it was expired. The product had expired in February, multiple still on the shelf

Because of poor service in 2023 I decided to try again. On my first order there was a mistake. I tried calling the store but no one answered the phone. I spend a lot of $.

I had a vision exam and then purchased glasses, turned out i got an exam and multiple tests and a nice pair of glasses for around 200.00 dollars. Around 400.00 less than a nearby competitor.

Terrible customer service called to ask about a product the woman in electronics answered the phone very rude….. I’m sorry you are miserable but don’t take it out on customers. After the woman Rudely answered I had asked for a product she told me to call back in 20 minutes….. I did just that and revived a response of “Walmart what do you want “ then once again told her what I wanted she hung up and hasn’t answered the phone since, I’ve now waited over an hour and all I wanted to know is if they had a product DO NOT SHOP HERE much better in viera

Save yourself some time and drive the extra few minutes down the road. All middle self check out lanes closed, only end caps are open with lines coming out and into the grocery store + 2 cashiers either equally long lines. I waited more in line than it took me to grocery shop.

Employee Sonya in home goods should considering retiring from retail. She seemed miserable. The minute I asked for help, I was sorry I bothered her. Her body language said it all. To drop her hands and shoulders like such, I told her not to worry about it. Poor customer service……
