“This was months ago...but u NEVER forget good customer service!! I was going on a trip and wanted my chain fixed that my grandfather passed on to me. They told me the original wait time would be after my trip. I really wanted it before...next thing you know, they said it would be ready the next day since it would he a simple fix (clasp). Thank ya'll again!”

“I’ve brought three or four watches here to get repaired so far or have the movements cleaned and they always do a good job get it done quick and at a good price. I even took one of my nicer watches I Omega sea master here and although they weren’t able to repair it, they were able to point me in the direction of someone who was able to do it a lot cheaper than sending it back to Omega to get done. Honestly, for any simple stuff, these guys are great and I highly recommend checking them out before going anywhere else they’re friendly, communicate well and are worth a shot every time.”
