The staff that helped me on three different occasions (Shamik; Kathy, a gemologist; and Mike, the founder's grandson) gave their full attention without ever making me feel rushed. I also appreciated the fair price they offered for my broken and unwanted gold jewelry. It’s refreshing to find a business that values honesty and treats customers with respect throughout the entire process. My only disappointment was that they don’t offer insurance appraisals which would make them a true one-stop jewelry store. Aside from that, I highly recommend this store because they offer exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality. Every time I walked into the store, I felt warmly welcomed - and every time I left, I felt like I was leaving family.”
