“This family-owned jewelry store truly stands out for its exceptional customer service and integrity.
The staff that helped me on three different occasions (Shamik; Kathy, a gemologist; and Mike, the founder's grandson) gave their full attention without ever making me feel rushed.
I also appreciated the fair price they offered for my broken and unwanted gold jewelry. It’s refreshing to find a business that values honesty and treats customers with respect throughout the entire process.
My only disappointment was that they don’t offer insurance appraisals which would make them a true one-stop jewelry store. Aside from that, I highly recommend this store because they offer exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality. Every time I walked into the store, I felt warmly welcomed - and every time I left, I felt like I was leaving family.”
“I’ve brought three or four watches here to get repaired so far or have the movements cleaned and they always do a good job get it done quick and at a good price. I even took one of my nicer watches I Omega sea master here and although they weren’t able to repair it, they were able to point me in the direction of someone who was able to do it a lot cheaper than sending it back to Omega to get done. Honestly, for any simple stuff, these guys are great and I highly recommend checking them out before going anywhere else they’re friendly, communicate well and are worth a shot every time.”

“I want to give a special thanks to Kieleigh! I came in with a pendant that I needed to find a necklace for. I knew the size and material I wanted and within a few minutes she had already found the 2 best options. They were able to adjust the nexklace I chose so the pendant could fit on it, and then boxed it all up in a beautifully wrapped box. I declined the warranty but they gave it to me for free anyway! Overall a great experience. My favorite part is I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This is the way business is supposed to be done.”
