The best saying goes to people who are nosy " Two places you can stay for free" IN YOUR LANE AND OUT OF ANYONE'S BUSINESS!
The manager & clerk had a shocked look on their face when I decided to deposit a decent amount into my account. Well duh hello it's kinda safer in bank than a tourist exploring with wads of cash especially in Melbourne area.
💯 Wanna see where money actually comes from, you either gotta be born in it or go to college for it!!! ✌️
2 star for "somewhat" effort being nice & somewhat respectful.

Was just in to get the most simple thing done. Sat and waited for a banker for a bit. Literally had a lady come out and say she'd be right with me. She proceeded to turn the lights out in her office, hop in her car and drive away 😂
Had someone else come to "help" about 10 minutes later and he didn't seem to know much about getting a simple form on the banks letterhead. Not even close to my first bad experience at this branch. Do yourself a favor and visit a different branch. This one has been terrible for years now.

Rarely do I ever have to go inside. However I needed to make a larger withdrawal that required the bank manager, Brian, to oversee. He was extremely cordial and professional. Great service.

Lisa is not to be trusted. She lied to make oneself look good. She made a mistake and clearly has a hard time to accept that. We all do at times but when we are too proud to own it and cost my child money that was clearly owed to him, you should be ashamed of oneself. Shame on you. Your job is to be a representative of Wells Fargo and help educate and info customers. He is a young man that had no knowledge of how the process worked as you had sent me to teller to deposit money. So in the meantime while I was gone for 10mins you forgot to complete your job properly. You were clearly told he had the code and you lied on documentation stating he never gave you a code. My fault for not double checking your work before we exited the bank that day. I did notice that evening and he took another day off to come talk to you regarding it and you told him it was fixed. That was a lie as you documented he never gave it too you. The email with the code was done clearly prior to him opening account and that we can prove, unfortunately we did not record his interaction with to prove it was said also. Again shame on you and shame on wells fargo for allowing you to treat young customers with disregard.

My girlfriend and myself have dealt with numerous tellers and office personnel at this branch. All of our business pertaining to my girlfriend being the Power of Attorney for her grandmother. Everyone has been extremely professional and helpful. Especially Brianna! She’s been a fantastic problem solver helping us navigate the numerous issues we’ve encountered taking over the Grandmothers financial responsibilities. I highly recommend this branch and the fine people working there!

Not hard to see why they have a 2.9 star rating at this branch. The tellers were next level rude. Im politly asking for change and thats a big hassel? I get you need change for everyone but once you told me you did not have enough cents to spare you just said thanks for coming and walked away. Did not ask if i had any other business to do here or if i had a business acct which i do. Rude as hell and this is not the first time i have had problems with wells fargo.

The manager and customer service and teller bank are patience, I came approached to them I needed help and my mom wanted to speak about my check they immediately said sure and how we can help you? and I called my mom finally connected and they helped me. I am very appreciative and they’re nice people please come to this branch! This is reason why I giving five star!

I went inside this branch to withdraw money from my account. The teller treated me like I was a criminal after providing my DL, Account #, and Last 4 of SS. Her Branch manager stated she was doing her job as I could be an impersonator. This tactic from this branch was none other than Racial Profiling. I immediately went to another branch and closed my account.

Because of deteriorating customer service I went into the bank, to the Teller and told her I wanted to close my account She gave me all the money I had in the account but said she couldn't close it, that I have to call the 800 number. I asked her to put a note on the account anyway that I requested it closed. Later that evening I called the 800 number. Six weeks later I received a Zelle payment via my phone number and instead of the money going to my new account I got notification from Wells Fargo. Went back into the bank and lo and behold the account is still not closed! I sat down with a representative to have the account closed. It is now two weeks since I made my third request and the account is still not closed. I can't get rid of them!

I went to this location to start a bank account at 4:45 and was denied because to start a account would take to long and the staff would not say to help me even with a very large check worth more then 50,000 asking and pleaded with no success and was asked to leave i was very disappointed this by far was the worst experience I have had at this location

They give appointments not respecting timing. Not enough customer service and they don't consider the waiting time.
