STAY FAR AWAY FROM!!!!! Went to Interlochen location had some Stihl work done. Warranty work. Got a $100 for a spark plug boot and spark plug. No phone calls. Just it's ready and you got a hundred Dollar bill. Got hung up on. Turned away. They where nice enough to get it down to $80 for warranty work. I said I can get a brand new blower for $179 and get new everything. The manger tom didn't care. They made it blatantly obvious they don't care about the customer!!!!!! Still haven't got it back yet. I'll get a new one thanks for nothing. No benefit to buying from them if something happens to it. You will do better just getting another one.. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

I love the Ace in Keystone Heights. I recommend driving a little further to get to that location. I have recently had some bad customer experiences at Melrose. Hector the manager was very hateful to my friend, a longtime customer and Melrose native . Several of the cashiers are also less than courteous. And I advise you to check expiration dates on anything you buy there, I have purchased several things that I later found had expired.
Melrose Ace should not use the company slogan of helpful hardware place. Their slogan could be “the place to go if you haven’t already been disrespected enough this week. “
So thankful that there is a Keystone Heights alternative. I will be voting with my feet on the Melrose location.
