We constantly do not receive our mail and the mail we do receive is often someone else's mail. Our neighbor often brings us a handful of mail that was left in their box.
We have called multiple times and also gone to the post office to make complaints but nothing changes. Everyone we speak with has the same issue. Creditor's calling because of unpaid bills, no newspapers, magazine subscriptions not being delivered, and packages never showing up. It's a total cluster mess and no one is fixing it.
And then it's a guessing game if and when they ever will show up. It may be 1:00 in the afternoon or 8:00 pm at night. That's providing they even are running the route that day.

Best post office I think I've ever dealt with. The employees are very 'lets see what we can do' instead of 'we cant do that'

The worst USPS Location work 2 1/2 hours take a hour lunch return to work a couple more hours then close. ridiculous USPS this location should be closed with the hours they keep.

Why have posted hour if you just close whenever you feel like it. What a joke I took lunch early so I could make your ridiculous hours only to have you closed at 1130 on a Monday

Our Melrose post office staff are the best! Nice having a post office where the staff gets to know you. They know that I am at work usually when packages get delivered so they know to put my packages in a locker. Love our small town and our great post office!

I had lost all faith in the USPS many years ago. The Melrose staff completely reversed my negative views about the USPS. The Melrose staff is the most competent and caring staff I have encountered at the same office. Thank you for all of your help for handling our mail during a challenging time for my family

The lady working there was so rude. She acted like I was bothering her and didn’t want to answer any of my questions. She had a terrible a personality. Won’t be using this location anymore.
