I used this facility the last 6 years. Wonderful to work with. Efficient, clean, and safe. I will return here should a need for storage return.

Its always been my belief that when dealing with companies that go out of their way with service that they be recognized. Today I recognize First Class Storage located on North Courtney Blvd. The facility is extremely well taken care of, most of all safe and in a great location and the manager Laurie was very nice and most accommodating. I'm very pleased and will recommend this facility.

Absolute worst manager/owner I have ever encountered. The man is vile, mean and petty. Run, do not walk past this place.

September 2014 by Patrick Justin
My girlfriend rented a storage unit at 1st Class Storage and was not renewing the rental as of October 01,2014. On September 27,2014, we removed the contents. We went back on the 28th to sweep and clean the unit only to find that the passcode was removed and we could not enter. Monday, the 29th, my girlfriend called and spoke to the owner who told her that once we removed the lock the unit was no longer ours and that we owed an additional $35 for cleaning and hung up. She decided to go to the office and speak to him. After she tried to speak with him and explain that she intended to clean the unit on the 28th, as she had paid through the entire month of September, the owner became irate and spoke to her in a angry tone and told her to sue him. The more she tried to reason with him and ask why he had locked her out, the angrier he became and he proceeded to tell her to get the F&$@ out on three occasions. As a person who depends on the local community and who was seeking public office, his attitude and outburst was not expected.
