I ordered 4 gatorades from my 7/11 app for my pregnant fiance who has sun poisoning at 1:22 am she is dehydrated as hell and doesnt have access to drinkable water cuz we have sulfur water for our running water and they still havent even started preparing our order at nearly 2 am. i am livid and hope who ever was working the overnight at the hour of 1am-2am gets reprimanded for this and needs to work on paying attention to the table ive worked for 7/11 ik some of yall lazy workers turn the volume down and ignore it but you also dont know why certain stuff is being ordered at this time i am ashamed and appalled by the lack of good customer service

The staff seem to generally be new people or people who don't know how to use a lot of the store's systems. One day I went in there to ask for a deposit into CashApp and it was no problem. Not even a week later, I come in asking to do the same thing as before, to be told that they "Never have, and still don't" do CashApp deposits.The newer employees, or the lazy ones, I'm not sure which, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say they're probably new and confused, just tend to claim they "can't" do something when it gets complicated (they overcharged me for sodas and a pizza slice and claimed it couldn't be helped, too) which I feel is a bad business practice.Otherwise, it was decently clean and nobody was particularly rude, so two star.

Was charged for a whole pizza when I only ordered a slice. I was told they couldn't give me money back or give me the whole pizza. I was told I need to go back in the morning to speak with the manager that's all they can do. Robbed by a 7-11 last time I go into a 7-11!

Kenny will be missed he was the heart of this store .. He was always there ever morning to greet me as i came in for my coffee i didn't come in for a week because he wasn't there and i just found out that you want be back that makes me very sad he was a great guy and i will miss him very much so . Rest in peace my friend

All right, it’s not often that you can describe a gas station experience as you know really impressive but I can honestly say that tonight I have I was in a situation where I really needed something and Ann Barbara really went above and beyond for me like I was astounded that she cared so much and it was the first time meeting here and I just want 7-Eleven whoever to recognize you have an amazing employee and I hope you are treating her as such. Thank you again, Barbara.!

Claps claps claps congratulates 711. About time you improved. The pizza I bought…..FINALLY has the details printed on it….it will show prepared and eat by date and time and by god…..it was the BEST FRESH 711 made pizza!!!!!!! So juicy and soft and FRESH melted cheesy pizza I enjoyed every moment of it and it made me happy I had to write the review here!!! I love 711 I always go there because they have amazing rewards programs. RADASS slurpees. I practically only go there for slurpees that’s all. This time I had to try the pizza since I had two that sat on top of other and the second one was horribly and the worst looking I ever seen i won’t eat it BUT THAT WAS AT DIFFERENT LOCATION. This one, the location in Merritt island is THE BEST. It was first time I ever saw that has printed label details which is IMPORTANT to me. Thank you 7-11!!!!! Beachgoers and tourists…..stop by for hot fresh pizza and slurpees. You know you gotta have some before and after beach parties. Let’s go there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED especially from a 711 lover. Yo!!!!!!!!!

No one is rude or anything. But they don't upload to cashapp. I've noticed quite a few places have issues or don't do it at all on the cash app uploading map best thing you can do is call around before you go anywhere
