Greg was super helpful with my propane issues. He also made some great recommendations for my RV and I purchased these in the shop. Great family atmosphere. Greg was top notch. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Ace.

I went to store to purchase a screw for my drain cover. Had purchased same screw a week ago. Salesperson said they don't make that screw and slammed drawer shut when I didn't accept screw he offered. Went to cashier to get something else and she made a big deal of doing paperwork. Not the first time I've had difficulty sales people here. I won't come back.
It's much easier to go to Ace in Cape Canaveral or Cocoa to get help. They lost a customer over a 40 cent screw.

Good morning went to this particular Ace Hardware. I’m from ORLANDO. I went there. They were very very professional walked us to where my product that I needed and help us even pick the product. They are great store and great staff.

Smaller than Home Depot by people are very friendly and helpful.
They have a large variety of household items and saves me time when I go.

Disappointing customer service. 😑 I usually prefer to go to the smaller hardware stores like Ace or True Value for the personalized service, instead of Home Depot or Lowe's, but don't expect that at the Ace on Merritt Island. I was unable to exchange a faucet part that I purchased just a few days ago with a with a different size because I couldn't find the receipt. I recently moved to Merritt Island, and this Ace is right down the street, but I will not return to this store. They just lost a good customer over a $10 part.
