“I have been going to five below for quite some time but I stopped in the Merritt island store on north Courtney pkwy to do some extreme last minute shopping like I actually just forgot gifts by accident and this five below employee named kayla I don’t know her last name? was working there she had told me that her home store was a different location and that she had just moved/transferred to this location and I just wanted to take time to give 5 stars to her customers service for her time she went way above and beyond what is expected from customer service… and its customer service like that that is missing in 2025 and I just want too take 5 minutes and return the favor I definitely wouldn’t take the time to write a bad review for bad customer service I am a small business owner myself and because I understand how hard it is to retain good employees that are willing to go above and beyond what is required is almost unheard of!!!!”
