Switching banks asap! These guys have been causing me problems for years but today was the last straw. They locked my debit card for "suspicious activity" (the same completely routine "suspicious activity that they've been locking me down for every couple of months for years mind you). Usually it's just a matter of answer their text asking if a few transactions are legit and then it lets me back in. Very annoying and embarrassing at a check out line but today? No text so I go in the app and mess with the menus a bit and find where it says my cards locked so I verified the suspicious activity ( literally some gas and a battle pass for a game nothing remotely weird) and still the cards showing declined and no one will answer the phone to help me. I was trying to buy gas so I could make it home. I'm very lucky I found 6 dollars in cash in my bag and managed to limp home on it but you guys almost had me stranded on the highway with no gas and no money. This company is so rotten it's not just the higher ups. You go in a branch and everyone's mean and nasty and rude. Good riddance boa you guys should be ashamed

Very bad, because my credit card was stolen, because my English is not good, so I went to the bank and needed help, the service attitude was too bad, she didn't help me, she just asked me to call, but my English is not good, I can't listen at all Got it, I'm leaving sad, I'm quitting this banking business

A painful experience with the Bank of America.1 and half years ago.I tried to called their customer support number, waited 50 minutes, no one answered my calls.I had to go their Merritt lsland location.I had been treated without any respect.The one woman who told me that she was a manager. Very rude,After I left the Bank of America, my body started shaking. A lady who worked at TJ Maxx ( a very nice lady) had to comfort me.I couldn't eat anything after I visited the Bank of America.

I love this bank! They offer so many digital ways to do my banking so I rarely ever have to go in a bank! But when I do this is the branch I choose ! Everyone is so nice and friendly. They significantly improved their staff to have plenty of tellers and bankers to help with clients needs and even remodeled the branch. Very beautiful. Better then any credit union or Wells Fargo!

I am so disappointed with this location. I have been a BOA customer long before they became BOA. I ha e been a customer since 1995. Seems like every time I need to do banking the drive in is closed due to lack of employees. So again today I had to go inside. The teller never said hello goodbye not even a thank you.I have been in customer service for more that 40 years and would never not greet or say thank you to a customer. So over this location.

Nobody answers the phone, when my husband asked they said it’s because they’re busy and they don’t answer the phones. THEN WHY HAVE A PHONE?! Not all of us can drop what we are doing to make an appointment.
