This is the second year I have drove out here with a scheduled appointment and nobody is in office ! That is very unprofessional and they shouldn't allow you too book appointments if they are closed! My appointment was at 8 and I have been here since 7:45 and it is now 8:12 and nobody is here and nobody even had the respect to call and cancel my appointment atleast !

Appointments are not guaranteed. I have had an appointment for a year that got cancelled at the last minute. This also happened to my parents a year prior they came into the office and once they were they were told their appointment was cancelled. Manager was very rude and does not hear her customers when they have a concern. She is clearly more concerned with being right than listening. Don't waste your time like I did today.

Professional service but, if you owe taxes, H&R Block charges you an additional penalty fee to file.

I made a appointment for filing my taxes for 2021-2023. They were nice easy to help me and very accommodating with my needs to complete my tax prep.They can see you in person over the phone or a video chat to file taxes.
