Keith did a great job of keeping me patient through the process. I did not accept Zurich warranty, so it’s on me if anything mechanically goes south. That’s the game, boys and girls. PeaceUpdate: lowering my rating due to the “finance manager” having lied to me about not having Capital One Auto financing available. I called Cap One, the dealership never checked. Because of my rapport history with Cap One, the interest rate could have been half of the Ally loan I ended up with. Cap One doesn’t strictly use credit score as determining factor. I know this because of my history with them. I went to Bob Steele because they offer Cap One financing. I’ll refinance with Capital One in the future.I want to add, if you wanted to sell me a warranty… 1. the option should have been on the window sticker of the vehicle 2. get better at sales. First you lie that the financing option I want is unavailable, then try to lure me with a 1% discount off a high rate to buy a warranty that’s known to be one of the shadiest in the industry?The pitch was basically “c’mon!!” with a huff and a puff. Do better.

Bought the car home and inspected it. Car had fuel leaking into the engine. Contacted the manager, told him the issue and I only had the car a couple days. I told him this could cause the engine to lock up. He said to take it there shop and charge me for diagnosis. I felt I was on my own. Basically nothing they could do for me without warranty.

Beware of Bob steele chevy. Bought a car in January, 38,000 miles. You would think it was good to go. Nope. Less then 3,000 miles later they tell.me it needs a egr valve replacement for $700-950 and that that might not even be the problem. Looked at trading it in. Sales manager was told what happened with me just buying the car and barely having even driving it. And that's its my only family car for my wife and 2 kids. He doesn't even say man that's too bad or sorry that happened. He just stared at me blankly and said if you didn't buy the extended warranty your put of luck. We can put you in a new car for $200.00 more a month so bump me up to $600+ a month but aside from that your on your own. Didn't 9ffer to take anything off from the normal discounts they offer everyone online and walked away. I'll never buy another car from Bob steele chevy again. As a vet I expected better service but I guess not.waiting for spectrum news to call me back to do a interview about my experience with this dealership run run run away read the reviews first and you can save yourself

Steven went above and beyond in his service at the merritt island location. He greeted me instantly when I stepped on the lot. I told him what i was looking at and the recent expierences i was having at other dealerships that werent very good and he was extremely understanding and showed paticents. He shared his personal expierences with being a new car buyer himself and it made me feel extremely comfortable with making purchase with him. He helped me find a car I was going to enjoy in my price range and he was extremely knowledgable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and if you do go ask for Steven. He will take good care of you. Thank you again to steven and the gentlemen at bob steele.

Overall, a very positive experience. We were extremely happy with our choice which met or exceeded expectations. We did not finance.The good -Nice selection of vehicles in terrific condition and fairly priced. That they are in business 45 years and family owned says a lot about any business. Free oil changes and tire rotations are a very nice touch. We made an appointment beforehand and the vehicle, which was reasonably clean and well presented, was waiting for us when we arrived. The sales manager (Steve) went the extra mile and offered to let us take the vehicle home to ensure that we were comfortable with it after my wife (the car was for her) had some reservations about the 'fit'. This is terrific customer service and highly commendable. We declined, but did take our time on 2 test drives - perhaps 45 minutes in all.Our sales rep (Julian) was accommodating, knowledgeable and polite. We left the lot to discuss the vehicle and ultimately decided on purchasing it. We felt totally at ease and there was no pressure. We asked about a second FOB/key and it was driven down from the main lot about 10 miles away - very nice.Some observations-Even though we paid in full, the paperwork was formidable and some of it unrelated to our (cash/check) situation. We don't transact business electronically if it can be avoided, and declined to consent to electronic signature or video recording. For this we insisted that all documents be paper. Also, hard experience has taught us to read the fine print before signing any documents (and there were a lot for a cash/check transaction). We take our time when doing all business transactions (especially those involving large sums of money) no matter what the circumstances. This obviously lengthens the process apparently seemed to throw a curve-ball to Julian and the finance manager who, we sensed, would have preferred us to just 'sign away'. Saw Julian checking his watch a few times. Sorry 'bout that.The finance rep was courteous, accommodating, polite and professional enough but he seemed bored and/or inconvenienced - his slouched posture and almost indifferent demeanor was a little to casual for a business setting. It did not make a great impression.Finally,I recommend this dealership as a good source for anyone looking for a quality used vehicle at a fair price. I suggest avoiding getting caught up in the moment and to take the time to read all documents. Yes it's (very) wearisome for all parties, but you will be shocked at what's in the fine print.In fairness to dealerships, they have a vested interest in protecting themselves against dubious customers and go to great lengths via paperwork to do this. Customers should practice the same safeguards for their privacy and not feel pressured. Dealers may sell hundreds of vehicles a year and to them the process is commonplace. Purchasers buy a vehicle once every few years, and it's anything but.Having said all this, I would most certainly shop here first for another vehicle and highly recommend it.

My growing family and I drove away with our used Buick enclave last night around 8pm. I could not be more happy with Julian. We had no intention of buying as we were unsure what we wanted to buy still. He was perfectly fine with that and was no pushy at all. Julian was very patient with us in our decision making. He helped play around with numbers until we were happy enough to make our decision. He answered every question honestly, made great conversation, and most of all was NOT a shark. He made our buying process a pleasure. I will definitely buy from Julian and Bob Steel again in the future!
