This was the most upsetting lease buy out I could ever have. Came in with the bank buyout. No dealer told me they could beat that banks deal ran my credit over and over again to then tell me they couldn't beat the banks rate. Extremely disappointed that I wouldn't go their financing, the rest of the process went extremely painful as they would not help with any processes that needed to be done on their end. I had to return to the dealer many times since they would not return calls and the paper work was miss handlers on there end. Now still months later to eventually find out that they also renewed my registration did not provide me a sticker, and then made me go back to a tax collector and pay for every registration again needless to say I will not be returning and I will not recommend Boniface.

Thank you so much Nick, Tracie and Adan! The entire crew at Boniface are a pleasure to work with. I didn’t think i would be able to get one of the last run challengers but the stars aligned. So pleased.

I had another great experience purchasing a vehicle here! I had leased from here previously, and it was a great experience as well. Darren was the sales associate who helped me with everything I needed, and then some! Hamza, who sold me the lease originally, is now the finance manager and is on top of his game. Everything was very well explained and went very smooth. I highly recommend Boniface Hiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Cocoa! Ask for Darren.

Great and easy experience. Was greeted immediately and had the pleasure to be taken care of by Kaity. She walked down the whole process and knew her stuff about the vehicle i was interested in. Even after the dealership closing for the night she closed the deal with me and got me in and out quickly without being pushy or pressuring me to a sale. 10/10!

Kara at Boniface-Hiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep was an awesome sales agent. She was professional and answered all questions in a timely manner. She went the extra mile to help us get exactly the car we wanted. Best of all, it was a positive experience without a hard sell. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with her service!

This is about the service department at Boniface Hiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I have a Jeep Wrangler that is my pride and joy her name is Wilma.I have waited over 30 years for a jeep. I belong to a Girl Jeep club and someone posted about a dealership doing her wrong with service. I took what she did and did the same thing I put bright pink lipstick on my tire drivers front on the outside to ensure the tires were rotated. We'll surprise they were not. Surprise I was charged for the rotation. I also was having my cabin filter changed guess where that is? It's in your glove box. So after they were busted for the tires, and I made them rotate the tires and service guy came out to me and said I had a gun in my glove box, and I shouldn't have it there. So this means they were not going to change the cabin filter. They were caught and went back and changed the cabin filter. I did ask for the old filter before I left. What did the dealership do for me? Well they asked that I not write a bad review they said they were sorry and this would not happen again. I did tell them I would not write a bad review on the service department but when we pay the amount of money we pay for Jeeps and the service maybe just maybe they should act like they do when they are selling us our Jeeps. My salesman was top notch he did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. Now shouldn't your service people be the same? Yes I bought Wilma at this dealership. My husband just bought a jeep and after this happened guess what he bought his jeep from another dealership due to this incident. So mark your tires your filters and check your markings before you leave if you must use this service department.

3 hours and $450 for 20k mile service on a Ram Rebel and this is what you get. Factory tires don't come with road hazard warranty either and they wanted to charge over $300 to replace. Thank you Bobby at Gatto's for fixing a problem you didn't create.

Leased my 2022 Jeep Gladiator Sport from them last year (2022). I was looking for the most plain Jane Sport model they had it at a lease price I could live with. Yesterday the parking/emergency brake stopped working, this is an important item when you have a manual transmission. I took off from work and went the Jeep dealer closest to me. Long story short, they were useless. Wouldn't be able to look at my Gladiator for at least two weeks. I got a little smarter and called the next closest Jeep dealer. They said I could bring it in and they'd work it in but it might take a few days. I could have worked with that, but they weren't going to give me a loaner. So that was a dealbreaker. I called Boniface-Hiers Jeep, it's an hour away but I was getting desperate. Took a bit to get a service writer's voicemail, left a message and Ross called me back in less than 15 minutes. Ross made a 10:30 appointment for me the next day. I was already going to be up that way so it was perfect. I finished my first appointment and made it to the service department by 9:30. Ross got it all logged in, had it fixed and ready to go by 10:30, my original appointment time. I'll just make the drive from now on. I'm not going to deal with other dealerships. When my lease runs out, if I decide I want another Gladiator (one of the reasons I leased this one), I'll probably purchase the next one from Boniface. It's the service department and people like Ross whom make the dealership.

*** BUYERS BEWARE ***Horrible buying experience. THIS DEALERSHIP Does little to any reconditioning to used cars. I purchased a 2020 Toyota 4 Runner that they took in on trade, The only thing that they did on the carfax report was rotate the tires. I only put a few 100 miles on this truck, and already I have maintenance due lights for service. I had to change all the wiper blades on the vehicle. And why do they charge $900 dealership fee?? If they are not servicing the vehicle. On the day of delivery, I never got the vehicle detailed or cleaned. I have hair inside that was left from a dog and some older person with Gray hair. All they did was remove the stickers. I never got that buying experience from this dealership. I would not recommend buying from them. I would never recommend any family or friends to Boniface hires. It's ridiculous how they preach about the warranty forever. And how you have to abide by everything so strictly, but they can't even service the vehicles right themselves. Which that warranty is a freaking joke. I would never take my vehicle to get service from them. And I really don't care about that Warranty Forever is a huge scam anyway. Basically, it only covers 17% of the vehicle's value at the time of which issues may occur. So if you keep your vehicle for 20 years, you have to have every service record maintained for them to cover anything on that warranty forever. Give me a break, boneface. Thanks for giving me more of a A Hassle, then peace of mind when I purchase a vehicle.

Was going to buy a used car there that was clearly marked on the windshield with lifetime warranty and also on are paperwork. When we went to pick up the car and we're paying cash they said they couldn't honer the warranty on that particular car. The only thing they would do is split there $7000 warranty. Very unprofessional we were also return customers. Not any more this dealership is a joke. No and it didn't make up for it because we didn't buy the car

Boniface-Hiers is such a big name in Brevard County I thought they would be a trustworthy place to buy a used car. Boy was I wrong. Long story short: Bought a car which was supposed to be thoroughly inspected at the end of May. By the third week of June it was in the shop needing $2000 dollars worth of transmission work. I had only made one payment. I finally got the car back from my mechanic this week after waiting for backordered parts and having several smaller issues addressed. I understand I bought the car as is but no one from the dealership even had the courtesy to reply to my calls or emails. If the car was inspected as they claim the transmission issue should have been caught. So it was never inspected or they just didn't care. My partner bought a brand new Jeep from this same dealership last November and he has been treated much better than I have been. Their slogan is "after we sell we serve." I guess that only applies if you spend over 50K. Unfortunately I live paycheck to paycheck and just needed a car that would get me to work and back. Live and learn I guess!

This is by far the worst dealership I have experienced in 40+ years. The customer service rep named Jana Wilman is completely incompetent and totally frustrating to deal with. She does not follow-up and does not return phone calls. My vehicle was at this dealership for 3+ weeks. After numerous unreturned phone calls, I had to have my daughter drive me to their service department to inquire as to what the status of my vehicles repairs were. In the end, I had to take the vehicle elsewhere for the repairs.

I took my truck in for a simple service engine oil filters and transmission oil filter as well as two fuel filters. Haven't dealt with dealerships before I know they're going to be above normal cost but I had no idea. To get my truck back I had to pay $1137, which in my eyes was totally ridiculous. I will never go back to her for any service nor purchase any car truck or jeep. Extremely disappointed.

I would love to say we had a great experiments. With purchasing this vehicle, they helped us out before they was even open. Everyone was so nice and kind. Made us made us feel like we was all family. If we had any questions, they broke it down to us.We was definitely satisfied with the service there. And would love to shop there again in the future. Thanks, you guys.

Micah is the best service guy at this place. Don’t mind his face he’s super nice. They have water and hot coffee. Yum. There is handicap accessible areas as well. All you do is drive in and walk 10 steps to the desk. Then once he takes your car he shows you where the fancy coffee machine is and they may have FREE snacks just for anyone. I wouldn’t get my vehicle serviced anywhere else.
