My experience with BowlersMart in Merritt Island has been way less than satisfactory for many reasons. While the pro-shop man there, Anthony, made it his business to 'get' me a good bowling ball and shoes, his hurried-up, hasty and abrupt manner was very unpleasant for me and I now have pain in my right hand, a bowling ball with some loose/torn pieces and have been hurt by how this pro-shop worker pushes me aside and then brags!! It doesn't seem to matter to this pro-shop-worker that I got a very expensive ball on a shelf with no box. A pro-shop worker who watched soccer matches on t.v. while watching me throw my previous ball. Someone who asked me not to come back when I told him I thought his charges were too high... So now my ball is incorreclty drilled, there are no provisions for league-bowlers at his shop and he's "too busy" for me--yet he provides such great customer service that everybody seems happy about--except me!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Brought my bowling ball in to get drilled. Picked it up next day. Great experience!
