DO NOT COME HERE! These employees are the most DISRESPECTFUL, UNHELPFUL and UNKIND human beings I’ve ever met in my life! I asked for help and the lady literally sat there watching videos on her phone and told me “there are books that can help you in the back”. She clearly did not want to do her job, both ladies were extremely impatient with me, even when the store still had 5-10 minutes before closing!! Then when I was checking out the second lady was very unclear and when I was trying to explain and clarify myself she threw my receipt on the counter and practically spat in my face when she told me to check it. I was very clearly having a bad day considering what I was buying and they made it 1000x worse. I will never come back to this CVS again.

Do not ever use this pharmacy. The staff here is one of the most rude group of people I have ever met in my life. The drive-through will leave you sitting there for over 30 minutes. All the older women in the pharmacy are short with their answers and rude as if you’re inconveniencing them by just going there to pick up your prescription. If you want your prescriptions filled in a timely manner and never have to sit very long in the drive-through, if you can’t manage to get out of the car and go in, go to the CVS off of 524.

The store was very orderly, with signs directing you to the correct over the counter products. The pharmacy and check out experiences were superb.

It's hard to get my medications here bc the wait in line at the pharmacy and especially at the pharmacy drive thru is exceedingly long . Ive had to go an extra day or so without a medication when I don't have a spare 30 to 45 mins to wait in line.

This CVS pharmacy service has gotten significantly worse in its customer service over the last year. Several of the people working the drive thru are rude and don’t seem to want to be there! I’m sure the work can be stressful, but if you are that miserable it may be time to leave! The latest tactic when they want to avoid the 1 hr callback is to just place people on continuous hold and never respond. This pharmacy needs to do better!!!
Update: Today I went into the store and the pharmacy customer service was much better! And the front store clerk Taunya was amazing!! She went out of her way to help me and help me set up a Rewards account! It is sad that the pharmacy and certain personnel within can sometimes taint this store so negatively.

I wanted to talk to a Pharmacist and could not even get to talk to her. If I can't talk to a Pharmacist than how can this be my pharmacy. I asked them to transfer all my stuff to Walgreens.

I set an appointment to get a vaccine. My appointment has been set for quite some time. The day of my appointment, 2 hours before my appointment, I get a text message from CVS stating that my appointment has been canceled and they are sorry. No explanation as to why and now at the last minute I have to find another cvs. Not all of them give same-day appointments for a hep a b vaccine. Also it doesn't say why my appointment was canceled and if it's because they didn't have one in stock then they had plenty of time to get one. I only tried the CVS because the good one I used to use was closed down permanently. And the other CVS that I'm stuck using for medication has very poor customer service skills. I was hoping this one would be different. Needless to say I was wrong and once again as I'm seeing in the reviews, more reviews for poor customer care will probably be falling on deaf ears. CVS does not seem like they are really interested in addressing the customer quality Care. So if anything, let this help another shopper in the area find a different location for better care.... Sorry I misspoke the text message was sent at 8:48 and my appointment was at 10. Less than 2 hours notice.

They close every day from 1:30-2:00 pm for lunch. Only pharmacy chain in America that can't figure out a lunch schedule to keep the pharmacy open. When they opened up, they had one tech and one pharmacist in the pharmacy. There was a long line inside and a line of cars outside waiting. When I spoke with them, they told me they hadn't filled my scripts. Told another customer they were still catching up prescriptions from yesterday.I'm sick, tired and achy. I have a five hour drive to get to.my destination. I just want my meds and want to get on the road. I do not see how CVS continues to operate in this manner. I only use them because my insurance requires it.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience and was assisted by a kind gentleman who acted pleased to see me and assist me with my shopping needs. No shopping malls for me. This was the way to go. Thank you CVS.

I emailed a photo to this location to be printed out for my mother as a gift. The photo lab overcropped the photo cutting off the top of her head and the side of my face. When confronting with this the clerk did nothing and refused to give her a refund saying he just worked there he's not the manager. This is unacceptable.
