Clean store, very helpful staff, high quality products. Staff are always standing by with a big smile, and a welcoming attitude. Although its on the higher end of department stores, its a very good place to shop. Would highly recommend.

Mrs Amelia is amazing. We are here visiting and she helped me find a right fitting bra and took time to guide and help me. She is so sweet. i love her she deserves a raise 🩷 10/10 recommend.

This was the best Dillard's I've ever visited! The workers were so friendly and helpful! They all had great attitudes and the fragrance people are top tier!!! They were great kept me in the store almost 30 more minite than I wanted just from talking and lost track of time! Yeah and they got the sales out of me as well...LOL

Sadly this mall is like so many in America today, a ghost town. Dillards was the ONLY reason I was there. And lucky for me they were having an amazing sale, so of course that meant p.j.'s!!!!
Boy did i rack up thanks Dillards.

We needed a dress for my 11 y/o in a specific color for a wedding we were attending. I had been everywhere and ordered online all with no luck until we went to Dillard's. Not only did I find a dress for my daughter I found one for myself. I was so happy and relieved. I also found a super cute outfit for my daughter for any occasion. While checking out at Dillard's I signed my daughter up for their Spring fashion show. The fashion show was so much fun. Thank you Dillard's.

For a store with such a terrible name, they have a lot of nice stuff. It's bigger than expected based on the size of the other stores in the old school mall. The Macy's is so tiny and cute, but the Dillards is like Fun Spot... it's huuuuuuuuge. The Men's section is pretty big and it's all the way in the back of the store if you enter from the Mall side. They have a decent shoe section, lot's of fragrances, and the clothes are all sectioned off by brand. If you're lucky, you'll find something on clearance. I haven't shopped the women's section or other areas of the store, but it looks like they're all stocked well. The store is NOICE too. The floors are buffed brilliantly and everything is well presented. It's probably the nicest Dillard's I've been in!
