No one know their butt from their elbow. I was trying to title an out of state 14 ft fishing boat and trailer. I went in 4 different times, wasted hours, lost work time,etc because I was told EACH TIME I went in there I needed something else. I even called to confirm what I had was good before i made the appointments!!! And they requested items from the man I bought the boat from in WI!!! This place is a joke. Hands down. Need new management asap!!!! I would put 0 stars.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait over 40 minutes until I was called for my license renewal. Custom service folks were pleasant.

This is one of the best DMV branches that I've ever been at I have never came out of there and they failed to resolve a problem or at least tried their best so far I have been there at least a dozen times over the last few years and everyone has always been polite friendly courteous and helpful even in some events they have went over and above to try to solve a problem for me highly recommend this branch

Terrible customer service, I think the people who work here at least in the front must loathe their job. No one who is happy in any way acts like that to anyone. Also I'm not sure who is responsible for training them or if anyone even cares. The information that I received was from either a complete ignorance or outer space none of it was relevant to anything that I was trying to accomplish. I don't understand why it's so difficult just to know how to do your job or at least if you don't know explain that and help people figure out how they can find out what they need to do. Also it's not that hard to do something in a pleasant way, no matter what it is. I know everyone has to go to the DMV at one time or another but unfortunately my experience has never been anything but emotionally taxing and frustrating.

Do not come here I set an appointment at 1:20 was here for more than 30 minutes and when I ask the staff all they did was ask me if I wanted to reschedule all I needed was an ID change?

There had to have been hundreds of people there when I arrived. I had an appointment, and I had to wait about 20 minutes past the scheduled time. But the service was very good, and staff remained cheerful and efficient.

My wife and I are disabled veterans who just purchased a brand new Audi here in Florida. We had disabled veteran plates from our previous vehicle that was registered in Louisiana, but we couldn’t just switch it over. Now that we are Florida residences, we are trying to do things the right way. We went to the DMV today with my wife’s 100% disability letter, Florida temp registration, finance paperwork and dealership contract to pickup our disabled plates. The big lady at the front, right window of the entrance was very rude to us. She said we had to wait for the new plate to come in and then we can work on getting our disabled plates. We asked for a handicap placard and it seemed a little confusing. When I was trying to clarify the process, she raised her voice where everyone in line started looking at us as if she was upset with me. My wife has anxiety, depression and this made her feel uncomfortable where she cried in the car. We left and called the Florida DMV customer service and they said that we should have been taken care of easily. Not only was this upsetting for the treatment/humiliation but this is shocking on how Merritt Island DMV treats 100% disabled veterans.
