This place looks like it should be condemned and only had a few occupied rentals mostly work crews drinking all night because all the garbage cans were completely full of beer cans/empty cases. The room was a mess with a broken chair and ants in room, pillows were stuffed with towels. Don’t get me started on the condition of the bathroom but the lady at counter was extremely nice but the couple of workers I saw were just sitting around lobby. I personally think they can take advantage of customers because it’s about 25 minutes from Kennedy Space Center.Rooms: DirtyNearby activities: Most the stores close around 7 during the week so eat early or it’s Burger King/Chick-Fil-A.

I've only been here an hour and I love this place. I travel all over and this is definitely a gem. Awesome Staff and nice rooms. Definitely a great value! This will be marked as one of my favorites.

We stayed here for 2 days. The room was ok, we got new clean bedsheats and towels. The building is a little run down but the staff is amazing, it makes up for the stay. Breakfast omelett and the hash brown is really good. The only thing is that the airconditioner is a bit loudy.

Look, it not the Carlton Ritz. But at least the water pressure in the shower is outstanding. Also, from the outside looks like a typical project in Florida. But, again the staff is very friendly and our room was clean and the wooden floor gave off a horror movie type vibe but it wasn't bad at all. 4 stars because why not. It's only a temporary stay.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I guess the beds were made, so that’s 1 star. Images are nothing like the location, service at the front desk was slow. Took 20 minutes to check in with the reservation. First room was a decrepit storage room. Second smells of mold and disgust. Window blinds don’t properly close, everything seems worn and tired. Honestly I’d recommend spending the extra $20 for a major upgrade and go somewhere else. I’m not coming back again. I should’ve read the other reviews.

I've been staying at this hotel for over a week now and I wouldn't have stood as long as I should've if the front desk lady wasn't so nice she's literally an angel on earth, BUT the property manager needs to get herself together. She will do anything in her power to keep your $200 deposit! I was pantsless and she barged in without even knocking to clean the room as requested but didn't even give myself time to make myself decent & even worse my daughter was sleeping (she's 1.6 months old & doesn't drink milk) and she starts yellingggg "this is unacceptable" multiple times and I'm trying to figure out what she's talking about but would've give me the chance to speak. She wanted to charge me $200 for because she wanted to accuse my daughter of spitting up when it was just a small yogurt stain that will go away in the wash. After the encounter I should've left. Today 3/25 I come back to the room cleaned which is nice but my bed sheets were damp so I requested new ones and at first she was like "no it's not" "these are fine" (reminder I've only sat down on the bed) and then she starts ripping the sheets off the bed to the water absorbing sheet and there is a bright yellow urine stain. My first thought was ew I was sitting on urine, her first thought was to accuse my daughter of peeing on the bed.. she wears diaper for 1 and for 2 she slept on the other bed and the lady knows that. We had to argue with her for a while to get her to understand that we've barley touched the bed and that if my daughter did piss on the bed wouldn't it be on all the sheets not just the water absorbing sheet??? Yea that's what we said?. She didn't even want to get us new sheets we practically had to present to her why we DESERVE new sheets which is insane. I hope you find peace one day mamé because right now you seem miserable. stay safe

Noteworthy details: Heard loud trains every few hours all night. Morning brought sonic boom jets doing a fly by for a meeting. NOT a show.Paid for room via hotwire. They took a $100 deposit upon arrival for 1 night. and then required a call from my card company to remove it after 10 days.

Worst hotel I stayed at so far. The room was cool when first walking in but the microwave had this rust at the bottom that would spark up when using it, the coffee machine was filthy!! I washed it out twice and still seen little white flakes in my coffee (didn't drink at all) and then a HUGE roach came out of nowhere Before we left. The front counter lady wasn't even there for checkout we had to call her up to the counter and then she had a whole attitude when doing so. So yea WORST hotel ever, please don't go here you'll definitely have something bad to say. Just close down at this point ??♀️Rooms: Not worth the price. Daysinn in cocoa is cheaper than this AND doesn't have all these problems.

When we arrived the place looked abandoned. The rooms were subpar. Holes in walls and ceiling, dirty, and had an odd smell. We had to hold the door open for awhile to get the smell out.Location was nice. Within walking distance to restaurants and different stores. And close to the cruise terminal which is why we stayed here. They also have a shuttle to the cruise (cost $40) if you don't want to uber.You also get "free breakfast", but be prepared to wait for a table, sit down, and order from a selected menu. This is not a buffet type breakfast.The best part of our stay was the welcoming and helpful front desk girl. She was great!

There is no way this hotel should be on your 2.5* hotels. Our room 141 had mold on the walls in the washroom, large live insects on the floors and walls, bed sheets were dirty and much more. I took some pics too. You should not be advertising this hotel, it's the most disgusting room I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels before.Rooms: Disgusting!

The first thing we noticed arriving in this hotel is how sticky the floors are, also the tap does not turn off, and there’s holes in the ceiling, so if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay if this is it, but don’t expect anything nice ?

Arrived at the hotel and immediately should have turned back around. Looks nothing like pictured. Bums fighting on the entrance leading to the hotel. The outside of the property is old and outdated. The front desk staff was nice. The room: terrible!!!! I stood in there for 2 mins before leaving the property. The room was filthy. Smelt awful, black mold on the bathroom ceiling, hairs and whatever else on the floors, toilet was leaking around the floor seal, a dead lizard in between the mattress and box springs, bed sheets didn't appear to be clean, let's not even talk about the broken down furniture and air unit. 5 out of 5 would not recommend this place unless staying in filth is good for you. This place should be shut down by the health department and then torn down. Such a shame for selling rooms in this condition.Safety: Did not feel safe in that area at all

We purchased two rooms upon arrival. Went in to inspect the room and immediately noticed the room was not clean. We found bugs on the counter and floor near the bathroom. The paint on the wall was peeling. The toilet was not clean. The bed was mad real pretty but when the covers were pulled back there was a large urine stain in the bed as well as hair. I reported it to the hotel manager whom was very rude and said “ well I doubt it is urine” I explained to her my work offered to show her the pictures I took and she refused to look at them. She again offered to check me out. Nasty! Rude management! The lobby bathroom is disgusting as well!
