FedEx is a scam and should have a lawsuit. I sell on marketplace and had prepaid labels. I know I measured and weighed packages correct. I purchased labels thought marketplace. What fedex did is, they charged me additional money for every single package. I been selling on marketplaces for 15 years. Never had this with USPS or UPS. When I purchase labels though marketplace, it shows me how much it will cost. With FedEx there is one price there and after delivery they add to that price. In the end I lost money by selling those items because FedEx decided to charge additional money for shipping. Scammers!!! Normally with I ship with UPS and USPS, whatever price I see when I purchase on marketplace for shipping label, that’s the price it will be after delivery, that’s the price I will pay. Not with FedEx, they randomly addicting additional cost after delivery.

Just found out that fedex lies to their customers. If you select to return an item via fedex drop off, you have to purchase a box even though the return instructions clearly state that no box or label is required.

Arielle, red shirt employee. When a customer is behind me in line and I am one of the qualifiers for who you can assist, do not service the last customer in line first. Spend more time making sure your streaming music in-store is not profane filled versions that are inappropriate for most audiences.

Online hours said they were open, drove to store only to find a note in door stating they would be back at 2pm, it was 2:20 pm and no one came to open the doors. We drove to another location to drop off a package and again doors were
closed despite online stating open. One can't call fedex and talk to a human being, and certainly not call directly to a local store to confirm they are open before one makes the drive.

Very friendly and helpful employees there have always made returns a pleasure for me! Stores nice. Get your package shipped safely and sometimes free of charge if have to print out a shipping label, unlike UPS.

This was my first time ordering print services through FedEx. I was blown away at how quickly the order was processed. When I stopped in to pick up the order, though beautifully done, it was not exactly what I'd ordered (not certain if it was a website error, or my own doing).Nevertheless, Jason quickly corrected the order in the most professional and polite manner, AND in record time! I have not seen this manner of professionalism in business in sometime.While they are not the most convenient for me in terms of location (there is not a FedEx in Titusville), it was worth the drive to do business with both Nick & Jason. Kudos!

Exceptional service at the FedEx store in Merritt Island, especially during the holiday rush!
