“I enjoy working out here. There's a variety of equipment so I can always find creative ways to target each muscle. The staff are friendly. And the people that workout here do not hog the workout machines.
This is a nice, clean, and spacious gym.”

“I visited this gym around Christmas. It isn't massive, but has every essential a gym rat could ask for. I talked a bit with staff members: Callie and Gene, and both were very helpful in making my experience great as an out-of-towner. Whether you're looking to visit while in the area, or trying to get in shape as a local, I highly recommend this gym. Not crowded at all, and has a chill atmosphere.”
