I have been doing business with Lenny at Melbourne Jag & Land Rover for years. I have used him for business and personal purchases. Lenny is top of his game. He is honest and works hard to make sure that everything is easy, fast and accurate. The new dealership is easy to go to and the entire staff there is amazing. The only place I would go if I needed a Land Rover or Jag! Looking forward to the next one.

I have to say that many dealers just charge you and charge you all because they think you can afford it, I mean it's a Jag so you must have money. Well I have had my fair share of issues with Mercedes of Melbourne who didn't stand by their work until I became a squeaky wheel. But these guys worked me through my 'new' to me Jaguar F-Type when it needed a pricey water pump. Helping me past the initial shock I saw an opportunity to do more preventative maintenance. I mean if they have to take the supercharger and the cooler and cooling lines and the whole top of the engine, we might as well see what else we could save the labor on later and do it now.They were great to work with and when I saw the battery low indicator still come on after replacing the battery, Andrew got their last tech still present after 5 pm to reset this. That is customer service.I hope they do this for all their customers, but this guy needs a raise. Reward people that represent your company well.

They clear the computer codes without any kind of diagnostic, then were dubious about their findings when confronted tried to justify the fact that they didn't have previous records of my car and when asked for a refund ($356.31 for a computer diagnostic) asked me to wait for hours. Never coming back, i rather drive to Orlando next time. I lost my time and they didn't seem to understand my f-type issue but showed no effort in trying to. Service rep. Andrew

Wow! Jaguar/Land Rover Melbourne was FANTASTIC! Generally I (59 M) have not been a fan of car dealers. And in this case I was buying a relatively inexpensive used car from out of state (NC). But Hannah Schwab (ask for her!) made me feel like I was the most important customer in the world! EVERYTHING went as smoothly and professionally as it could possibly go--car was perfectly detailed, paperwork was done online with ease and I was in and out in less than an hour (they even sent a Lyft to pick me up from the airport)! Also thanks to Dylan (finance) and Jon (dealership owner, I think) who also made the transaction go smoothly--and, to be honest, a joy! Price was right, dealership prep was incredibly fast and terrific. My four-year-old Abarth 500 looks brand new! Picked the car up yesterday and drove 9 hours home :-) I could not be happier!!! Most people would agree that buying a car can be tedious, long, and emotionally draining. But does it really have to be? Prior to purchasing from Jaguar of Melbourne, I mostly experienced those thoughts...who really can say "I love the car buying process"? But now...I can say I have a much different perspective.Jaguar of Melbourne not only exceeded our expectations- but set a new standard/expectation for the car buying process. Specifically, Zach (sales) was patient, responsive, and handled our needs with extreme care and professionalism. From the moment I inquired, he answered all my questions, truly listened to what our goals were, and orchestrated the entire process for us. Not to mention, I was traveling for work the entire time and in a different time zone.After facilitating the terms, we drove from Orlando and the rest was simple. There was no pressure...in fact, everyone we interacted with were felt like we knew them for years. To me, this is more than a dealership, it is a relationship. They really listen and care. What a wonderful experience of buying a car! Marilyn, my sales gal, actually listened to what I wanted and needed then delivered! She took her time with me and answered all my questions. When it came to the finance manager Dylan, he was just an easy to work with. He did not try to "sell" me on things I did not need. He really listened to me. I usually dread buying a new car as I am not a haggling type of person. I am straight and to the point and that is exactly what they gave me! Kuddos to you. Thanks for an awesome experience!!

My experience was wonderful. Every effort was made to see to it that my experience was wonderful. I work nights and when I had let Andrew know I hadn't slept yet he arranged to have me driven home, they serviced my car and brought it back to me. Absolutely amazing service!

Staff is wonderful ? After my experience with Younger Skinny Shawn at Lexus just next door and being lied too, It turned out for the best with my purchase of a Jaguar that is much better quality. I recently had service at Jaguar of Melbourne. Chris Voltaggio our service representative was nothing less than outstanding. Great communication and went out of his way to support us. I love my Jag and this dealership.
