Even with making an appointment 1 month ahead of time I am always waiting 45 min to be seen. The walk in wait today was 3 hours. The phlebotomists are nice and good at their job, but Labcorp should not schedule as many patients as they do for only 2 phlebotomists on staff. I would go somewhere else if your insurance allows.

This used to be a good place to get your labs done...but the last 2 times that I have been here, there has been 1 person working, and they had issues with their check-in system. Be prepared to wait- I have been here over an hour already- having an appointment helps a little.

These people are rude. I came her for a drug screen. Only one person was on staff and we are waiting 30 more minutes Tues until ahe comes off lunch. I'm a phlebotomist. I refuse to work for this company. Their customers service is not professional.

First, if you work M-F, you're out of luck. The lab is no longer open Saturdays. And for the record, after being forced to use Labcorp the past 2 years, it's not unusual for these "professional" phlebotomists to consistently display poor attitudes and make it clear that they want as little patient interaction as possible and will work as few hours as possible, as the office will close early or lunch will be taken early, on a whim. As for our own poor experience, it involved a 24-hour urine specimen. BF went in for 8 blood specimens and to fulfill the urine order. When finished, the gal sent him out the door with a giant brown paper shopping bag w/a broken handle w/no markings on it, and the orange plastic jug inside w/no labels or markings on it. She told him to bring it back after 24 hours of use and to keep refrigerated. That's it. After 24, he filled the jug. He is only 58 but has several health issues including no feeling in feet and walks with two canes, so he cannot drive and I am his primary source of transportation. I am his home healthcare provider and I run morning errands for him since it is difficult for him to get out the door before 11am. We live in Cocoa Beach 30 minutes from this Labcorp. I arrived at 11am to be sure to get there before their lunch break at 12:00, to deliver the jug as instructed, and the women who close themselves behind the office door only to be seen when ushering in patients, were not willing to come out and collect the sample or speak to me unless my BF inserted his ID in the check-in computer that is meant for appointment check-in's. Of course, I did not have my BF's ID with me and he was not with me. All he was told was to "drop it off". When the very jaded phlebotomists opened the door to usher in a patient, they saw me standing there with the shopping bag and they immediately told me they could not take the sample at all unless BF was there and had scanned his ID so they would have his info/ins., etc. I told them I could provide them with that info which they would still have, anyway, from the blood draws taken the previous day, and I also told them that it would have helped if they had labeled the jug with his info, which is customary at the labs I have used, in order to identify that the specimen is HIS. *DUH!!* In short, they refused to collect his info from me or collect the specimen, and sent me packing. Since the specimen had to be refrigerated and I needed to run several more errands after that, the specimen had to be dumped and we will have to start the whole process over again, and time its delivery just right w/BF present. Basically, their urine lab collection process is a train wreck. Beware!

Ridiculous wait times. Not sure why you schedule an appointment, they don't seem to follow them. I've been here an hour!! Never again!

Shout-out to Kim!! She was SO patient with me and made the process so quick and easy. I was in and out under 45minutes and being that I have a fear of needles, she handled me with compassion and patience. I appreciate that because I've had some not so pleasant experiences at other places and it's really reassuring to know there are still kind people out there.. especially in today's world, it can be tough. Thank you Kim!!

Sadly I was very disappointed in my experience here. I had scheduled an appointment online for 10:30am on my only day off from work. I checked in when I got there and noticed there were many people in the waiting area ahead of me. There were not enough seats for me to sit so I stood for about 30 minutes before being able to find a seat. I had overheard there was a long wait time, which is totally fine I get being understaffed. After about an hour of waiting for them to call my name, people that checked in after me were being called before me. I waited for an hour and a half total before leaving when I heard that they close at 12 for lunch. I wish my experience would have been different.

Only one person working. 2.25 hour and still waiting. 90 year old mother and 65 year old brother. Both have fasted for blood test. Due to lack of labcorp employees, her backlog, the new appointment come in and take priority over the morning folks they couldn't get to. Brother is on his 2nd oxygen tank waiting. Labcorp really need floating employees in the event people call in sick. I will say the employee has a great attitude for someone who is non stop working.

Very speedy, friendly and accurate experience. Ms. Lori was the only one working at the time I went in for my appt and she was amazing. A positive attitude even when she was faced with doing everything alone due to being short staffed. Wonderful experience!!! Thank you Lori!

THE TESTING LAB IS CLOSED!! Made an appointment online for 1:30p and got an email confirmation. Showed up for testing at 1:00p to find out they are shut down. Nothing online or in the confirmation said they were closed. Don't go!

I have a job that allows me a 45 minute lunch which is normally at 12:00. Twice now I have shown up a few minutes before their closing time (12:00-12:30). I had asked my employer to leave at 11:30 seeing the previous 11:40 request had me running 4 minutes before they closed. So I rushed over, but between hitting many traffic lights and busier roads for snowbird season, I had arrived 9 minutes before 12:00. I checked in, which took about 40 seconds. After being turned away the last time, I had knocked on their door 8 minutes before 12:00. The lady was going to turn me away again! "Sir, you're going to have to come back at 12:30, I have 3 people in here." I pleaded my case, and she said "Sorry, I have 3 people in here", and closed the door. I didn't leave this time. As she was closing the door I stated: "This is not my first rodeo and in 2-3 minutes those patients will be done". She opened the door and said (with a somewhat rude attitude) "Let me have your paper". Two patients had left at this point. Another woman came to get me and with an unfriendly tone said "Take a seat here". This was 4 minutes until 12:00. It took 2 minutes to enter, prep for my blood to be taken and out the door. I said "There you have 2 minutes to spare", as I walked out. Their attitudes were unprofessional. I had been fasting and wanted to eat. If their lunch is soooo important, then I do not know why they don't implement 'Taking patients right up until 12:00 and open back up at 12:40 to cover that last minute patient who kept them from break 3-5 minutes past 12:00', OR 'Don't close at all and allow one of 3 to take breaks at 11:30-12:00, 12:00-12:30, and 12:30-1:00 (alternating in a rotation each day)'. Yet, this is way too complicated to accommodate patients. Instead they want to turn people away, even though it's nearly 10 minutes before they're supposed to close, and most bloodwork only takes 2-3 minutes. Many patients work, and try to get their business done on their lunch breaks. At a time when they're shutting the lab down. SMH

Took my grandma yesterday morning to get blood works done and had an awful experience with the lab techs. Witnessed one of them slamming the door on an elderly man and the other tech that was doing the blood works on my grandma did a terrible job and was extremely rude and unhinged. My grandma now has a giant bruise and is in pain. Never coming back here again and would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Internet site says 7:00 AM till 2:30.No posting at all that they will be closed from 11:30 till 12:30 for lunch. Not even a flyer on the door.I saw many walk in and try to use the kios. Everyone is just dumbfounded. If you can catch a nurse bringing her lunch in, she just says "we eat lunch till 12:30". Otherwise the poor slobs just have to wander around and figure it out.
