TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been banking here for 15+ years and could not believe that they would not give me my money back on a fraud case. I explained the entire situation to them and said “sorry nothing we can do” even though they KNEW it was wrong. I lost ALL of the money in my account. Unfreakingbelievable. I am appalled and will absolutely be switching banks after all this time.

UPDATE: Launch was very receptive and released the funds. Bravo! 4 stars because it should have been easier than this.
I've had an account with Launch for 15 years. No problems, no overdrafts, thousands of dollars deposited every month.
I deposited an insurance check, and they decided to hold it for 9 business days. I went to Chase, the bank it was drawn on to verify that the check had been paid. It had. I went into Launch and waited for nearly an hour and was asked all kinds of questions about the nature of the check - personal information. At the end of it all, they decided to release $200 of the $1,000, making me wait the full nine business days for them to release the other.
Considering the length of time that I've had an account the amount of money that I deposit into this account each month and the fact that the check had been paid this is outrageous. I do not recommend this credit Union to anyone.

Angela H. & Kendy C. Help us to open up a new business account. They worked with the corporate office and we were discovering potential issues when setting up the account. They went above and beyond to help facilitate us to find those answers and then to open up the account. Without their help, we would not have been able to enjoy the services offered by Launch!

I have been banking with Launch ? since 2000 when I moved to Florida. They have always been helpful and kind. Recently I lost my job that I was at for 23 1/2 years. My auto loan is with Launch and I have unemployment and death insurance benefits with them through Trustage. Thank God for Connie Manning that offered me the insurance because I still have my car ! So grateful for Launch!! Thank you! ??

I'd give 0 stars if I can. The reviews on yelp say it all about this branch and this company. I'm 25 years active duty and Their ATM stole my USAA debit card. The business the atm was at said that he Launch credit union atm has done this several times. Called the Launch credit union branch on Merritt island and the female rep told me “I’ve been doing this for a very long time and if our machine took your card, you may have missed an email from your bank that there’s an issue. So it has be your bank and card that had an issue as to why it was taken.” As upset as I was, I called my bank while she (Launch credit union) was on 3-way and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with my card or account so this is not my fault . As soon as the Launch credit union rep heard that, she hung up on us from the 3-way call and now I have to pay for a new card and expediting fees. Launch is the worst to deal with. Horrible customer service and No accountability.

My wife's card was getting declined on a large purchase so I went into the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station branch and both ladies assisted me and quickly fixed the issue. They are both professional and knowledgeable with the banking.
