This crew is truly the best in the business. They show up when they say they will, and get the job done. Love the crew, they did a beautiful job installing over a dozen impact rated PGT windows in my house in Merritt Island. They cleaned up after themselves, were kind & respectful of my property, and i'm planning to have them back when time allows to do more windows and doors for me on my first floor. I feel that they went above and beyond to help me reinstall all of the new trim that I painted for them, and the finished product is beautiful. Highly recommended, zero issues, and a class act. It's not hard to see how you've been in the business so many years with the work you put out. Thanks guys, loved having the opportunity to work with such a great local company.

Lighthouse window recently replaced both my windows and sliding glass door. I can say with confidence that the employees here are honest and friendly locals. The instillation process was as fast and quiet as it could have been, and I didn’t have to do anything but open the door! Not to mention the quality of their products is pristine. They’re reliable and accurate. Since their service, my house has been elevated not only in looks, but in steady temperatures and the electric cost. Don’t miss out on these guys.

We wanted to replace our windows and sliding doors with impact windows/doors. We researched several install companies specifically for PGT windows, provided by the PGT manufacturer. After talking with a few companies and stopping by a couple window company showrooms we asked Lighthouse to come out and provide a Quote. Henry the owner came out and we were impressed. Everything from scheduling the quote through the install and final inspection was so nice. Henry, Jamie and the whole lighthouse crew were great. During the install the crew was so respectful and polite. The work they did and keeping the area clean was awesome. They were a well oiled machine and worked together as though they had been together for a long time. Even when the county inspector came out for the final inspection, he was impressed with the work and commented several times what great work Lighthouse does. Thank Lighthouse Windows!

I wanted impact windows for my home. Lighthouse Window screen and Door was one of 8 companies I called for an estimate. Henry (Owner of this family business) came over, personally, to my home to give me an estimate. Out of all other quotes, Henry was the most knowledgeable about his product as well as his competitor's. He was also punctual, professional, and very personable. He explained the difference between vinyl and aluminum casings and why I, being so close to salt water, should choose vinyl. His pricing was very competitive, so I choose him and I am so glad I did! His workers were also as personable and professional as he. My wife, being around a husband with friends in the construction business, commented on how nice and efficient his team was, and what really amazed her was absolutely no foul language! I might also add that not only did they leave the worksite on both days spotless, they actually left it cleaner than they found it, wiping out all window sills and sweeping up all debris. Absolute beautiful work! Also, I cannot forget Jamie, Henry's daughter and office manager. She is probably the most delightful person you could ever speak to on the phone! I was involved in the My Safe Fl Home Program, on which this company is very well versed. As with all government grant programs, you have your snags and glitches. Both Jamie and Henry were very well aware of this program and helped guide me through the process providing documentation as needed and in a very timely matter! Thank you, Henry and Jamie for making this process as fluid and painless as possible. I would highly recommend this company for ALL of your window, door, or screen room projects!

Family owned business paid attention to detail from start to finish and the installers were true professionals. I was nervous about the job being done right and I am so glad we trusted this work to Lighthouse! Highly recommend!

For those who are looking for a company to replace your windows, I had 3 estimates, and this company's estimate was the lowest. You deal directly with the owner (Henry), and it was a please to work with him. The young lady in his office (Jamie) is so sweet and she updated you with schedule windows shipment, arrival and date of installation. This company is really reliable, on time and reasonable price.

Lighthouse Windows is a company where the total number of reviews left is not at all indicative of the company. This is a very good company to deal with. It is a small company but that means you deal with the owner directly, no sales people. He came to the house, did the measuring and sent the quote. More importantly, he was true to his word, all the information from expected delivery and installation dates were met.
Jamie in the office is personable, professional and proficient. She responded to all calls and emails quickly and worked the install times around my schedule.
The installation crew was also great. They arrived early and got to work on the windows in less than half an hour. They covered floors and furniture and cleaned up. All 11 windows installed in less than two days. The PGT windows are much more energy efficient and minimized outside noises.
I highly recommend Lighthouse Window, Screen & Door.
