I must say that I was surprised positively. I recently moved to the area and the first time that i walked into Macy’s it was a great disappointment; it was a mess all over, it seemed dirty and abandoned. This time it seems like it’s been remodeled and revamped. It’s a small store, but it will serve our needs.

This afternoon, I bought skincare products online that I wasn't very satisfied with, so I went to return them. It's the first time I've used this brand, and I felt that the effects hyped online were greatly exaggerated. Maria, a very beautiful young lady at the cosmetics counter at Macy's, was extremely understanding of why I wanted to return the products. Her service attitude was exceptionally good, and I am very grateful that Macy's has such outstanding employees. ☺️

This store is ok. It is in a location that doesn't have much competition, which probably helps this store. Macys has really gone down.

Macy's is in the very top of NON CUSTOMER SERVICE of all department stores. I had a whole group of people in a circle complaining about zero customer service. Stay away if you would like to keep your sanity....
