Need to change hours of operations. It shows it’s open and when clicking on hours it shows open at 10am. Almost 11am, no one in sight and doors are locked.

I can say Harlan is amazing he’s genuine he’s unique and is ENERGY IS amazing I came all the way from Orlando just to see him cause a friend of a friend told me about him he gave me and my family the best deal we switch from Verizon all I can say he the best representative ever met in my life and he also took time with us told us about our plan and explain everything down to detail . Metro he has talent he has a heart and he’s great we happily proud to be apart of metro

I'm only giveing 5 stars to the company they've been great and the 1800 service is outstanding but for the store itself I half to give my last visit a -star if they had one.i have been a loyal customer since 2011 and have over 5 lines but my last visit I purchased 3 new phones and got insurance on my daughter's apple phone cause she's always breaking them which I addressed to the lady I was dealing with.the problem was a language problem I'm born and raised in america and she was Spanish which I have no problem with except she couldn't hardly understand what I was saying which is totally not exceptable in my book ,why is she working there??? Anyways she was rude and disrespectful and after two hrs which seemed like a whole day with it being hot in there and music blasting another employee showed up and helped out -I also made sure she knew the insurance was only on my daughter's phone after going home my phone kept shutting off no service so I called the 1800 number on my wifes phone cause no one at the store answers the phone and they were amazing they relized it was the lady at the store shutting my phone service off out of spite I told them what she was doing and how she was treating us and they said this was unexceptable and would take care of the problem they also apologized and said they were converging with metro at the time but would take care of it.i haven't been back to the store since but recently called cause my daughter's phone broke and to find out they didn't insure her phone but insured mine ?even after makeing sure they both knew I didn't want insurance on my phone just hers.ive been paying extra for over two years and it's all for nothing another spiteful move by a disgruntled employee -I even made sure and was assured her phone was insured but now her phones not covered so what do you do now? they said to up grade and buy a new phone and insure it again but why do that after what they did to me who can you trust anymore.long story short the company is great but the employees are a diffrent story,I am thinking about takeing my buisness somywhere else. Does anyone have any good suggestions on a better company???

Karen at the Merritt Island Metro PCS was amazing! Very friendly and professional. She solved my issue quickly and had great overall customer service. Give her a raise!

I visited this location, I was amazed by the service quality provided by Brenda she was so amazing she help me fix my account and my phone is not a metro phone she also got me a huge credit on my account for the inconvenience of the customer service messing up my account she is amazing would recommend anyone to her at this location.

Hey I just Want to Say Shout out to Harlan & Macho those guys work amazing Together and they definitely got the great customer service me and my family need , now a month ago i went there and A Lady Name Brenda Was just Horrible she didnt take time to see what we needed just wanted to sell us everything without figuring out the problem. wasted 45 min of our time almost left the company cause of her , Macho & Harlan You guys ROCK METRO FLEX
