As another reviewer mentioned already, dealership is still looking to capitalize with "market adjustments" ... Staff was polite, total waste of time. $10k on a $100k Escalade. Put Mike Erdman on the never would I ever...

My car wouldn't start as I just flew into town after being gone some time. My battery was dead. I called AAA to jump start my car which they did. After a diagnostic check I was told my battery was dead and not to shut the car. I called service immediately and they took me in. I also needed new tires which I was aware of. So they took me in, ordered a battery and 4 new tires. I was so impressed with the assistance from the team. Ryan, Jack, and Naku we're so kind and assured me that the job would be done. I forgot to mention that I flew in to see a friend who was having surgery. They were able to get me a loaner car so I was able to visit my friend . I am so grateful for their service, kindness, and professionalism that they provided me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you again all.Linda O

You get one chance to make a first impression. My oil change started 45 minutes after my appointment time. I was told the car was given a wash, but the front window was filthy; how do you wash a car and not clean the front window?I think the temp facility looks great; they just need to improve the service department.

Beware people. Drive to Orlando instead. These people are the biggest bunch of liars in Brevard county. They lied about everything from the vehicle purchased being serviced and inspected, to insisting on financing, because they get kickbacks from certain lenders. All levels of the employees are liars. They lied to cover up each other's lies. Tried to contact Mike Eardman personally, and we were never allowed to make contact. If he was able to learn of their nonsense, I'm sure he would put an end to it. This is your invitation, Mike.

I'm a mechanic and almost always do my own work. My scan tool didn't have the license needed to fix my issue, so i had to take my GMC in. Mike the shop Foreman knew exactly what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again. But then He took it a step beyond by informing me that i was misusing my Auto Traction system. Potentially saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. I wasn't expecting that kind of honesty from a dealership. If i run into a job too large or just don't feel like doing it myself, I will 100% be taking to these guys first.

Great service, wonderful customer support, no pressure, no nonsense. It's nice to go in and relax, get a smile, honest discussion and a real handshake. They listen to the customer. Best Cadillac dealer out there, hands down. Thank You.

A salesman can say a lot right on the first call.I emailed this place with an inquiry on a 2023 Escalade and ask not to call if there is a mark up from MSRP. Salesman called (older person voice) telling me that I was in luck since the “Manager just brought down the mark up from $20k to $5k.” Man, this is modern era robbery. Productions has come back to normal by now and you educate your customer that a Low Markup its a “great deal” and it is not. He then stated staring that there are 10 more inquiries on this car and I was the first ro be called (what is this 1980’s) I politely replayed, “ thank you, Nah, I rather wait, I am in no rush” and he replayed- “ NO RUSH NO ESCALADE” just wow… what a luxury experience.

Jerry Glotz is one of the best Automobile Service Advisors I've ever had the pleasure of having, when I've had my car serviced. He used to be at M.E. Nissan in Cocoa, but was recently moved to M.E. Cadillac in Merritt Island. He treats people with respect and is always fair, and he gets things done. Always keeping her advised for me car's and my best interest, and keeps my car running great! I will ALWAYS have my car serviced at whatever dealership that Jerry Glotz is working at. He's a great man!

My shopping experience was great I was helped out and was worked with on a good price on a F150. I Gave four stars because we were told on paper they would change the battery and the battery was not changed it was cleaned and recharged and today I had to call a tow truck company to jump the truck so that I can go buy a new battery. I wished it would have been done so I wouldn't have to go through this but nonetheless a great truck.

I will never buy another vehicle from Mike Erdman Cadillac and I don’t recommend it to anyone. First of all, their so-called 100+ inspection they claim to do on their used vehicles is a joke. During the test drive of the vehicle, it happened to be raining so it was easy to determine the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. When I mentioned the bad wiper blades at the dealership, the business manager said “the blades were probably just dirty because the vehicle had been sitting under a tree”…BS! The salesman seen they were bad because he went on the test drive with us. The salesman said he would have them replaced…of course he never did. Of course the blades were bad and I replaced them at my expense. He also told us he would have the vehicle cleaned before we picked it up…that never happened. The truck was filthy and the bed and engine compartment was full of leaves. They only gave me one key fob and said they would get me another one…they never did. I have since bought and had programmed a spare key fob at my expense. We also noticed the front parking sensor activated when we came to a stop while test driving the vehicle, however there was nothing in front of us…the salesman (who was sitting in the back seat) told us it was just sensitive and picking up small street sign 30ft away across the street and that it was just a setting…again total BS! It happened to be a faulty sensor. More importantly, we discovered a couple of days after we bought the vehicle, the rear window leaks. We found out there is a service bulletin that GM issued for the leak...which is something Mike Erdman Cadillac should have taken care of. I have since had to have the rear window replaced. The sensor will need to be replaced as well. Lastly, a dealership should never charge for things they NEED to do to a vehicle to get it ready for sale…there was a charge of $86.00 on the sales invoice for road noise insulation…whatever the hell that is! Also, they should NEVER charge a customer for optional items the dealerships CHOOSES to do…such as pin-striping! There was a charge on the sales invoice for $185.00 for pin-stripping on the vehicle…pin-stripping that I would never had wanted to begin with…pin-stripping that I had to have it professionally removed a week after purchase because several sections of it was coming off! Of course they always tell you how great of a deal you’re getting. But make no mistake…dealerships make a fortune on used vehicles. Moral of the story…in my opinion, never buy from Mike Erdman…very shoddy business practices that just fortify the shady reputations of used car dealerships! If you chose to buy from them…take the vehicle to a reputable independent mechanic and have it thoroughly inspected.

Buy your next vehicle here. New or used. They do take great care of you even after you bought the vehicle. Ask for Greg!
